Abilities: this allows the user to emit a cold mist similar to that of dry ice. It also allows the user to freeze give anything they touch frost burn (aka lowering the temperature of the thing they touched so much it 'burns' or hurts)
Drawbacks: the user is constantly cold
Other: the user has blue tinted lips due to their naturally low body temperature
