KNY | Met In An Alley (Tanjirou X Zenitsu)

Chapter 7

Zenitsus POV

The day went on as normal, I did get lost a few times but I found my way.

I was in the change room getting ready for gym class when I saw a mirror, in the reflection I could see Tanjiro. He finished pulling his red shorts up and started taking off his shirt. I took a glimpse, then went back to tying my laces. I then took a glimpse again, and again, and again until he was done changing. He had toned abs and an amazing body. The blood rushed to my face, Not only is kind, he's absolutely gorgeous!

I walked out of the change room into the large open gym, there were windows on the right wall and large risers and the left wall. In the center of the gym there was a large volleyball net and Mr.Tomioka was standing on one side of the net waiting for us.

We all stood in a line in front of him, he held a green and whit volleyball, Im so gonna die.

Mr. Tomioka put us in two teams and just expected us to be able to play flawlessly, I was on a team with Murata, Tanjiro and some other kids. At least Im not totally alone I then looked at the other team and there was Inoske giving me the death glare, at least this was the last class of the day.

The ball flew through the air, surprisingly, Tanjiro was crazy good at volleyball. "Spike it"! Murata yelled as he set it in front of Tanjiro. Tanjiro jumped high and hit the ball hard, there was a loud smack when the ball hit the floor. Toimioka blew the whistle and the point was ours, "You're good at this!" Murata said to Tanjiro "Thanks!" Im Tanjiro by the way I smiled Murata, its nice to meet you This made me so happy, 'They're making friends!'

The game continued, but this time Inoske played like a maniac. Someone on the other side set the ball and Inoske got ready to spike it. As the ball was thrown into position Inoske jumped high and hit the ball like his life depended on it. People tried to block it but nobody could reach the ball in time. It almost seemed to catch fire, I just stood there, eyes wide as the ball flew right into my face.

Tanjiros POV

I sat next to Zenitsu as we waited in the office for the nurse, he held a bloody tissue up to his nose and cried softly "We won the game after you went down, we won because of you!" I tried to comfort him, I threw my hand over his shoulder and pulled him close. "Heh, awesome" he whispered, "Yeah the ball bounced off your face, the other team was so stunned we were able to get the ball over the net at the last second! You shouldve seen it, it was incredible!" I said trying to sound enthusiastic. He grabbed another tissue from the desk beside the exam table he was sitting on. He gently took my hand that was on his shoulder and placed it down, 'Did I do something wrong?' I frowned. Then the door to the nurse's office opened, Oh he probably heard the nurse coming! I let out a quiet, relieved sigh. The nurse had long black hair with turquoise adorning the tips. He wore a brown knitted vest with a white button-up underneath, and dark navy jeans (Muichiro). What happened this time? he asked as he slid on some plastic gloves, I got hit in the nose with a volleyball Zenitsu answered How awful the nurse smirked. Here he continued to examine Zenitsus nose and after a few minutes he opened his mouth to speak Youre fine, its just a nosebleed and it should resolve itself in a bit he took off the gloves and threw them away. He walked out of the room and shut the door behind him, I pulled Zenitsu in for a hug as soon as the coast was clear. He snuggled into my chest while keeping the tissue up to his nose. He seemed really comfortable around me, which made me really comfortable.

OH MY GOD, I'm so sorry for not uploading at all! I've been so unmotivated lately. But don't any of you think I've given up on this story! Also sorry for the short chapter, I just really felt I should post something. Hope you'll are enjoying this story because I'm just getting started! Anyway peace out!
