Isolation

Sanji told them everything, well not everything, but he did tell them what he knew and what they wanted to know. Sengoku even hears about why he kicked the ass of the sports club that ended up getting him suspended for two weeks. Things made sense for Sengoku, he was wondering what was wrong with the kendo club and why they haven't been winning any tournaments, especially with Zoro on the team.

Sanji stayed with them talking as the others went back to class. They couldn't help but feel upset with Zoro. How could he not tell them? Ask them for help?

Then Sanji knew and didn't warn them or tell them. They all could have worked together to help Zoro. But they both kept it a secret from the rest.

To say they were shocked would be an understatement. Zoro came to school. Sanji wanted to be happy but he just couldn't. Zoro became isolated. As he walked to the front, where the shoe lockers were he was by himself. Luffy or Usopp didn't run up to him and wrap their arms around his neck and start chatting like they usually do.

Everyone stayed at an arm's length. No one got close. It was harsh because no one knew the truth and those who did, those he calls friends acted like he wasn't even there.

Sanji heard that some students, the ones seen in the first video got in trouble but not the second one since the video was all blurred out. At least some people got in trouble but it wasn't a lot. Sengoku even started to talk to most of the male sports team, but it's going to take a while.

During class Luffy and Nami scooted their seats away from him. When the teacher started class they didn't seem to have noticed Zoro until it was to late. Sanji saw from his seat the way Zoro looked so confused on what going on. Soon he just gave up and rested his head on his desk. If he took a nap Sanji wouldn't know. He didn't hear him snore, and he didn't move, if he was awake he didn't show it.

No one had to look at the clock to know lunch is approaching. Luffy's stomach growl did that for them. It wasn't quiet either so they all heard it, even the teacher. Sanji did see Zoro lift his head and look out the window as he leaned his head on his hand. Zoro no button cardigan sleeve is really long going past his wrists. Zoro looked out the window the rest of the class. When the bell rang the teacher left and everyone either left for the cafeteria or stayed, moving their desks to be able to talk to their friend. Zoro took his bento box out and set it neatly on his empty desk, his school things either in his desk or in his bag. He did a double take on his bag. Seems he forgot something.

Zoro stands up and leaves the room. Sanji heard people talking and openly staring at his desk. This couldn't be good.

Zoro had forgotten to pack himself something to drink so he went to the vending machine he always goes to so he can get a free drink. It's his favorite, the mango flavored juice. Today, like so many things, it's different. He bumped the machine with his hip and out came pineapple and coconut. He didn't hate the coconut one but he was really hoping for the mango one. There's always the mango one. No one knows about this vending machine except for the others but they don't really care for it.

He walks into the class looking at his drink. It might not taste that bad with today's lunch. He looks up and looks confused. What are they doing with his lunch?

There standing at his desk are a bunch of random people he's never talked to before. They seem to be fighting over his lunch for some reason. The room stops for second to see Zoro standing there. The girl holding onto his lunch gave Zoro a mean grin and snatched his lunch out of the other person still looking at Zoro. All attention goes to her. Looking straight into her eyes Zoro saw as she threw his lunch out the window. He quickly got to the window and everyone scattered away from him like he had the plague. He looked down to see that below the window is just grass and bushes. The cloth that wrapped around the box is gone somehow and because of that all his food spilled out. It would seem the box also cracked.

He set his drink on his desk and ran out. Everyone gathered around the window to see him running but he didn't show up. They looked around to see him not there.

Of course, the marimo got lost. He can't walk in a straight line without getting lost and turning the wrong way. But he always ends up where he needs to be.

How he ended up on the other end of school Zoro will not know. Zoro looked around in the court yard where there is a big tree growing, smaller ones growing feet apart, cobblestone circling around them to add to the look. Zoro looked around and saw his classmates through the third floor window. If that's where they threw his lunch then... he looks down and sees a pile on the grass. His lunch!

He sprints to the spot and looks to see ants have already gotten to it, squirrels and birds too. He scoops it all back into the box as he look around for the cloth that was wrapped around it. He stands and looks in the bushes and everywhere around it. He found it eventually, in a tree. The wind must have picked it up. Then he disappeared.

Everyone making fun of him, some calling him gross for probably eating it. Calling him a green haired freak. They didn't see him but Sanji thought that maybe he got lost.

He did get lost but chose to stay where he ended up. It was almost like a forest and least if you faced away from the school. Zoro chilled there, feeding the wild life he found, that weren't afraid of him, his lunch. He was tempted to just eat it but he didn't want to give them another reason to be mean. He heard the warning bell ring. Luckily for him he was able to give away his food and ended up with an empty lunch box. Sadly the box is cracked so he might not be able to use it again, it was his favorite. But there's nothing he could do about it now, if he could he would have gone back in time to stop himself from ever agreeing but he can't. He has to live with his decisions. He wrapped the cloth back on and went to class. He ran to class not really paying attention where he was going and ended up on time. A minute before the bell.

He saw his empty desk. His drink gone. He thought he could at least drink that since he didn't get to eat anything. He should have known, guess he was just that naive. He ignored the snickers he got directed at him. He sat at his desk and put his lunch box away.

They think they did some grand trick but really it's just petty bullying. Zoro ignored it, this is how it's going to be now.

It didn't help that after a few minutes into class Zoro's stomach started to growl. That's when everyone learned that he did not eat his lunch. The teacher was rather confused on whose stomach it was, Luffy's or Zoro but both acted like it was nothing.
