~Gray's POV~
After about half an hour Erza and Gramps were able to calm Akane down, once she was calm she passed out. "K-kaname." she whispered. Natsu's eyes widened at this. "Natsu, who's Kaname?" Lucy asked. "*sigh* He's an old friend..... ____ usually goes to him when this happens..." "Do you know where he is?" Erza asked. ".....ya....." Natsu answered hesitantly. "Where" Gramps asked. (more like demanded) "Cross Academy." My eyes went wide... "How does she know someone form Cross Academy?" Erza asked. "She used to go there."
"Hello Natsu." an emotionless voice said. "Kaname! What are you doing here?" "It happens the same time every year.... I'm here to check on her." "Okay.... but how did you know she was here?" "She told me before she left." "Well, she's in the infirmary, follow me."
We all walked to the infirmary. When I looked at Akane she looked so fragile. Kaname turned to us and said, "I think it would be best if you didn't see this." "I'm NOT leaving her." I firmly stated. "Gray trust me it's best if you didn't see this." Natsu said. "Fine." With that I left the room with the others. After about 5 minutes we heard Akane screaming.
~Kaname's POV~ (SURPRISE)
"Akane" I whispered. She started screaming again. I then cut my hand and put it to her mouth, she didn't hesitate to start drinking my blood. 'I wish I had chosen Akane over Yuuki...'
~Gray's POV~
"Well she stopped screaming." Lucy said. Then this Kaname guy walked out. "Why do I smell blood?" Wendy asked. "It's nothing to worry about." Natsu said. "Natsu, she's your sister shouldn't you be worried!?" "She's perfectly fine. It's my blood you are smelling." with that he walked out of the guild. "Natsu.... why can Wendy smell his blood?" "How do i explain this....*dramatic pause* something about his blood can accelerate the healing process." "But Akane didn't have any wounds..." "That are visible." Natsu cut in. " "WAIT... so your telling me my girlfriend, your sister had to drink his blood." "....ya...." I was about to yell at Natsu, then Akane started hyperventilating. Me and Natsu were the first to her side.
"This has never happened before." Natsu mumbled. "Is Akane going to be okay?" Wendy asked. "Wendy go through Akane's bag." "Okay. What am I looking for?" "There should be a small black and white rectangular tin, bring it to me." "Here you go" Natsu opened it and pulled out 5 red... pills. "Gray... open her mouth." Once she swallowed the pills she was fine.
