My Backstory

Hello, I'm Banner of the Stars but you can call me Banner. Well, anyway I'm going to tell you my Backstory before I get to the present day. I am a 4-year old flea-bitten gray Arabian mare that was born wild. my mother was killed due to illegal animal poaching my father was captured and I did see him again for many years after. 

But I'm getting ahead aren't I. Well I was born on Chincoteague Island of the coast of VA. My mother was a gray Arabian and my father was just a pure white horse. I wasn't really born into a herd my family were more of loners.

Well, I aged fairly quickly for my type and I was 13.1 hands high bye 3 years of age. I only grew 14.4 hands by age 4 I was done growing. As I grew I'd always remember my mother's words "remember daughter your always wild that'll never change."

She's right I always have and always will be wild. So as you might have guessed I got caught and brought to the town of Chincoteague VA at age 3. I will never forget my family and would always have a wild side.

I was brought to Chincoteague stables and the next day they started to try to break me in but I wouldn't let them. Days turned in to weeks and days into months when it was finally a year and this is where it begins.
