the next few days were hard but got better and better as time went on Jade learned how to do a handstand on m back along with a flip. "Come on girl one more time then bed" Jade you said that the last ten times give it a break.

Jade was determined to get this trick down she was trying to hang off my back with one leg. "We got it this time" yeah and you said that the last ten times to. "Jade come inside its getting late" called aunt Penny.

"Ok, Aunt Penny let me just put Baner back in her stall" Jade called back. "Ok, but hurry its almost nine-forty-five" that how late we stayed up! We always go to bed at nine we stayed up forty-five minutes more than normal.

 Jade put me in my stall and I collapsed and went straight to sleep sun up came early and so did the training. "Come on girl early bird catches the worm" yeah not on this case Jade I'm tired let me sleep.

"You probably overworked her last night" suggested Alex "guess you right Alex this whole thing is getting to my head." She was right about that "hey why don't you take a ride with me on Night" said Alex

"I guess but it can't be long got it" oh, I think he got it, Jade "ok, not a long ride got it" when they left I gt some more sleep until Amber came in no more sleep for me I thought as I got up. "Oh, sorry Baner did I wake you" I just shook my head.

"Oh, ok I'm going to try to ride Mist bareback" she talks so weirdly It's like she is talking to one of her friends but a horse. Well, that ride didn't last long she came back ten to twelve minutes later. 

When Jade got back we went straight to training "no breaks this time except for lunch and supper" of course for food. well, she got that trick she was working on last night and three more as well.

It was finally lunch and we were starving "stay here and eat your oats Baner," Jade said as she went inside to eat her lunch. I was just fine staying outside when I heard Thunder Jade came running out food in the mouth and brought me into the stables.

I heard thunder then heard a scream Jade screaming to be precise I almost knocked down the door when I saw Alex run to her and comfort her. "Shhhh, it's just a dry storm but quick thinking with Baner there."

Oh, it was a dry storm I was in those a lot as a filly but then it was fall so the grass and trees were dry so could easily catch fire. "Thanks, Alex" does Jade like him and does he like her question for another time Baner.        

In the middle of the night Night and, I heard something crackling like a fire we also smelled a fire but it smelled far enough away from us. Or so we thought the next morning the hill next to the barn was usually brown at this time but it was black.

"We have to stay much longer then we expected Baner" umm we were supposed to be here for the summer it's almost winter here. "We need to get practicing" oh no you don't girl you have enough learned.

"Come on Baner" Jade was getting frustrated because I wouldn't let her put on the surcingle that is used in vaulting. "How about we go on a trail ride after" I immediately stopped protesting and let her put it on.

All we did was go through our routine then we went on a trail ride near my first home where I was captured. "Another dry storm is coming we should get home," Jade said as we turned around and went back home.

When we got home Night was shaking bad I asked him what was the mater then realized that he didn't have a blanket on. It was one of the coldest nights out there and with no blanket would mean vet visit.

 When Jade got back with some oats I refused to eat and just looked at Night when she realized I was trying to tell her something she looked a Night. "Oh, dear you don't have a blanket on do you" she quickly put on his blanket and went inside.

The next morning Jade asked Alex why Night had no blanket Alex said: "I was In a hurry" yeah sure you were. Night assured me that he was "my mother had to be rush to the emergency room."

Oh, that makes sense well after that we went on a trail ride with Alex and Night we got to where there was a wild heard of horses one of them recognized me as snows daughter I told him that I don't remember who my father was.

we got went to the bay and Jade and Alex walked while Night and I hanged out. We headed back to the stables and went into the barn. The next morning we had to go to the show grounds and get ready for the show.

We were the last ones to go and as we were finishing we stoped mid trick thank goodness it wasn't a flip. We stopped because we heard a whip and I almost freaked out. We finished and came in second not bad.

Well, days went by and it was finally November one of the dryest seasons. When we went on a trail ride or Hacks as Jade called them. Well, we were near my birthplace and then heard thunder over ower heads.

We realized that another dry storm was coming and we needed to get home. But we couldn't get home because the storm was right on top of us. We saw lightning in the distance then heard a heard of horses then a fire.
