Chapter 4

3rd POV (With Y/n)

You and Neela where on their way to meet with Morimoto for lunch. "So Y/n you're gonna come to the race tonight, right?" Morimoto asked. "Yeah I would never miss a race Morimoto you should know this by now." You replied. Neela was sitting next to eating her lunch when Morimoto asked if you were going to the race. Neela was going to the race tonight as well. You and Neela always do everything with each other. Morimoto was eating his lunch when he got a text from Takashi. 'Is Y/n and Neela going to the race tonight' Takashi asked. Morimoto responded with 'Yeah they are going to be there.'

When Lunch was coming to an end You, Neela and Morimoto went to your 2 remaining classes before Morimoto went to his house while you and Neela went to Takashi's grandmother's to get ready for the races. Once you were both ready you went to the parking garage were the races always happen. You and Neela each took you own cars. Neela had her light to dark blue ombred RX8, while you took your c/c y/c.

3rd POV (With Sean)

After school Sean and Twinkie went to a car garage to get Twinkie's car. While Twinkie was getting his car, him and Sean kept glancing at each other each time a car went by, it wasn't until the fourth car came that Twinkie had a look of pure joy. The fourth car was his which happened to be a green van with Hulk punches on the sides and the trunk of the car with a decal of Hulk's face screaming on the hood of the van. There was also what was supposed to be Hulk's hair above the windshield.

Twinkie looked at Sean and said "Slamming, huh? Look at that car." Sean wanting to be behind the wheel of a car again said while going to grab the steering wheel "At least let me drive." "Y'all better have some real cars around here." Sean said while driving to a parking garage. Twinkie responded "Okay, I see somebody got jokes, huh? Well, all right. I don't know if you're ready for them, though. You look a little nervous. What up, Tosh" The Guy named Tosh opened the gate for Sean and Twinkie to get into the garage. As Sean pulled up into the parking garage, he seen a lot of people there for the races and showing off their cars.

Twinkie tossed a box of tissues at Sean and when the box hit Sean he looked at it then Twinkie with a questioning look. Twinkie shrugged and said "For when you blow your wad, man." As Sean was looking for a spot to park at, he seen Morimoto making out with a girl by a car with the hood up. Once Sean found a spot, he parked and got out of the car to look at all the other cars. Sean watched as you and Neela pulled into two open spots that are next to each other. He watched as Neela poped her hood and got out of her car to talk to some of your friends. You also poped your hood and got out of your car to have it checked by your friends to make sure everything is running smoothly. Sean didn't recognize you at first but as he got closer to you and Neela he recognized you.

As Neela got out of her car, she walk to your friends and said "Hear that? It's still not right for the way I drive." one of your two friends said "Anata ga unten suru hōhō ga machigatte irukara. Miru?" ('Cause the way you drive is wrong! See?) while showing her what the computer says. Neela responded with "I don't need a computer to tell me abour my throttle response." You other friend then said "Okay. Then we're done here." then left Neela to check on your car. He asked you "Did you have any trouble with the spark plug?" You replied with "No, I had the spark plug replaced the other day." When he checked your car to make sure, he said "Well you are all good I don't see any other problems." After he said that, he went to go look at the other cars.

Sean walked up to Neela and said "You wouldn't have that problem with a V8." You walked over to them and said "Don't bother trying to convince her. Trust me I tried and it didn't work." Neela smiled when she seen you walked over and said "Boys. All they care about is who's got the biggest engine. Also Y/n you are biased." Sean was a little shocked because he didn't notice you walk up to them. Sean then said "I'm a guy. It's in my DNA. Hey Y/n, how have you been." When you noticed it was Sean, you were shocked that all you could say was "What are you doing here?" Sean just said "I will tell you later."

Sean continued with his conversation with Neela and said "So y'all race with these things, huh? Cute little toys." Neela enjoying the talk she is having with Sean decided to be a little funny and said "You know, I almost didn't recognize you without your slippers on." Sean going along with it with a smile said "Don't you mean uwabaki? Neela, right?" Neela responded with "You're a quick learner."
