Ash a 10 year old girl gets kidnapped while she is waiting in the car, she is counting on some one to find her but after 6 years pass she gives up all hope until her kidnapper accidently leaves the door open and she finds people to help her get home
I looked at him with a look that showed annoyance.
" you don't have to go back inside if you don't want to. I'll just grab my phone and then leave." Sam said.
"I need to ask her something." I said.
we all walked back to the house and I knocked on the door. She opened it.
"what?" she asked
"I forgot my phone." Sam said
she opened the door so Sam could go in.
"does Alex live in the same house?" I asked
she nodded, Sam walked out.
"one last thing." I said.
"what is it?" she asked
"keep a better eye on your kids." I said bitterly before turning around and walking down the driveway.
where are we going now?" Brennan asked
"to say hello to Alex." I said.
"who's Alex?" Colby asked
"my childhood best friend." I said.
it was a short walk. I walked up to the door and knocked. the door opened and I saw Alex.

He stood there and shook his head in disbelief. I nodded and he picked me up and spun me around then just hugged me.
"I thought you were dead." he said crying.
"im okay." I said.
"are you living with your mom?" He asked
i looked at my feet.
"she's living with me." Brennen said stepping forward.
my head shot up and I turned to face Brennen .
"really?" I asked
he nodded and I smiled.
"your living close right?" Alex asked
I sighed.
"Brennen lives in L.A." I said.
Alex looked sad.
"do you guys have somewhere to stay tonight, we have a couple of extra bedrooms?" Alex asked
"we didn't think about that." Colby said.
"come on in." Alex said.
"who's there." I heard.
"mrs. linkon" I said.
Alex's mom came into the room and put her hand over her mouth.
"is it okay if Ash and her friends stay here for a little bit?" Alex asked
"we leave tomorrow." Colby said.
Mrs. Linkon nodded and smiled hugging me.
"oh Alex, this is Brennen, Colby, Sam, and Marcus." I said.
Alex waved.
"if you want you can sleep in my room like we used to do when we were little." Alex said.
I nodded and noticed Marcus looked unhappy.
"we only have 3 extra rooms." Mrs. Linkon saiy outd.
"Sam and I can share." Colby said.
Mrs. Linkon nodded.
we spent the rest of the night laughing I even got along with Marcus, maybe he wasn't so bad.
I made Alex put his number in my phone before bed. Alex and I just layed there. I fell asleep while we were talking.
time skip........................................
I woke up ad Alex was gone. I walked downstairs and I had been the last one to wake up everyone was at the table. i sat down between Marcus ad Alex. During breakfast Marcus put his hand on my leg. I rolled my eyes and then pretended not to notice. The tv was on.
"breaking news the kidnappers of Ashley woods have been caught and are sentenced to 30 years in prison." The news announce spoke.
I smiled and everyone at the table clapped except Marcus who looked shocked.
"our flight leaves soon so im going to call an uber." Brennen said.
he called 2 ubers so all of us could fit into the car. we thanked the linkons and I kissed alex's cheek and then we left.
when we got to the airport we were waiting by our bording place and I had to use the restroom I went an when I was done marcus was waiting for me.
"we need to stop meeting like this." I siad.
he kissed me and I jumped back in shock.
"sorry." he said walking back with the guys.
I was shocked but I liked it. I walked back and we boarded I even sat next to Marcus on the flight back and I fell asleep on his shoulder.
during the middle of the flight I woke up but I kept my eyes closed.
"so you like her?" Brennen asked
"yeah." Marcus said.
"not sure how I feel about that." Brennen said.
"i know I helped take her but it was because Max threaten me." he said
"have you made a move?" i heard sam ask
"i kissed her but she just backed away." Marcus said.
I smiled and then sat up and pecked his lips before re positioning my head on his shoulder the guys laughed.
"you were awake?!" Marcus asked
I nodded.
"where are you going to live?" I asked
he shrugged.
"I know someone." Brennen said.
"really?" marcus asked
brennen nodded
"who?" colby asked.
"jake keeps saying hes lonley and needs anther guy around the house. he can stay in my old room."brennen said
when we landed brennen called his mom and she said yes.
