In the dark room Y/N develops the shots from Billies concert, they turned out exceptionally well, a good omen for the busy week ahead.

Luckily Harry's tour started in the UK so Y/N was able to finally go home and get acquainted with their bed again. In the comfort of their home they finally relaxed, in a few days they would be re-packing and meeting with Harry and his team for the first show.

I was excited and scared all at the same time. This will be a major point in my career and it was frightening. But meeting Harry Styles is something I never dreamed of being able to do and it set my chest into complete dust, crumpling under the anxiety and giddiness of the idea, and the actuality, of meeting the Harry Styles.

Of course none of these feelings will be put on display I will keep a professional outlook primarily because this is an opportunity I don't want to fuck up.

Y/N went about their days lounging around and preparing for her leg of tour, packing any and all camera equipment she required and all her personal belongings and clothes. They would be the photographer for a big chunk of the tour, their longest time away since she begun photography professionally.

Insuring I had all I need I grabbed all my bags, locked up my house and left. Yet again fumbling to my Uber with my bags, somehow never sick of this common occurrence.

I was meeting up with the tour manager first, getting acquainted with the crew and putting my belongings on the bus, then finally making my way to sound check, where I would be seeing Harry and the band.

As much as I was excited to meet Harry, I was more excited about his outfits; they were always so unique and detailed they will be a great addition to the photos, no doubt I won't be needing to go to extra lengths for good shots, Harry's attire will be interesting enough, and I was glad for that, I could focus more on quality and style than quantity.

Reaching their destination, Y/N once again hauled their bags out of the car, dragging them along. David was standing at the door waiting for them, a kind smile on his face, which was a surprise, it was too common that tour managers were grumpy and cold towards the "minor" jobs on tour.

"Hi you must be Y/N, I'm David, it's so great to finally meet you in person" he greets, shaking their hand.

"David, it's great to meet you too, thank you again for this opportunity" Y/N replies taking his hand and shaking it firmly.

"It was really a no brainer, your work is phenomenal, your retro style is exactly what Harry has been looking for for this tours photos" David admits happily.

"Really? Guess I got lucky then"

"I think you worked hard for where you are Y/N, you've proven your worth. You deserve to be here"

"Wow thank you" Y/N sheepishly replies.

"Anyway, let's head in shall we? We'll get your luggage sorted and run you through the plan so far, then get you acquainted with everyone" David holds the door open to allow Y/N a struggle free entrance.

"Sounds good"

With luggage taken care of, and the plan explained, David took Y/N around for introductions; meeting all the "background" crew and trying to learn their names was overwhelming, but Y/N hoped they would pick up easily.

"Now I suppose is what you've really been waiting for, let's take you to the green room" David finally said.

Making their way through the maze of doors and hallways they reached a long stretch with multiple doors to their left.

Walking to the third door, David opens it wide and you slowly see the beautiful faces you will have the pleasure of befriending over the following months.
