ᴄʜʀɪs's ᴘᴏᴠ

"We've been to the movies, we've been around the world. And this season we're going right back where it all began at Camp Wawanakwa. I'm Chris McLean and as you can see things have changed since we've been away. And by changed I mean got really, really, dangerous."

A giant tentacle emerges from the water and rises into the air above myself and my crew member on the dock. Right before he plows into us I jump a safe distance away leaving my crew member to be plunged into the water below. An evil chuckle leaves my lips.

"Good stuff. But the rules of the game remain the same."

The view changes and the camera shows the bug infested, filthy cabins the campers will be sleeping in. How glorious.

"A handful of unsuspecting teens will bunk with complete strangers," camera switches again and shows the outhouse/confessional, "air their dirty laundry in our outhouse confessional." View switches once more to the deadly obstacle and terrain the contestants will be competing on.

"And compete in life-threatening challenges all over the island and risk being voted off." The screen shows where the elimination ceremony takes place by the fire.

"Last one standing wins 1 million dollars." A wheelbarrow of stacks and stacks of bills is shown on screen for the viewers at home. Finally, the camera pans back to me.

"Speaking of our cast here they come now." The camera zooms in on all of the past contestants of Total Drama on a yacht as they ride on past. Gwen and Duncan making out, Sierra hugging Cody, Owen partying, Beth drooling over Justin, all of those losers. If only they knew what was about to happen.

I raise my arm and wave humorously as the ship continues to pass the dock without letting anyone off. Did you all really think I was going to let those guys back on my show? You've got to be dumber than I thought.

"Nooooo!" Owen shouts when he realizes what's happening. I laugh once more, poor things. Not really.

"No not them. This season we've got all new players fighting for the million and here they come now, for real."

Another yacht appears, carrying the new 13 contestants. "Meet Jo."

Jo looks toward a ginger headed boy beside her with an aggressive face. "Stay out of my way if you value your kiwis!"

"Scott!"

Scott turns to Jo, "Right back at ya." He takes a wif of his armpit.

"Zoey and Mike!"

Zoey nudges Mike in the arm. "Can you believe we're here?"

Mike looks startled but quickly recovers and faces the red-head beside him. "Yeah, it's," he looks at another contestant in a daze, "beautiful."

"Lightning!"

Lightning knocks Mike and Zoey out of the way. "Hello, Gorgeous!" He exclaims whilst he kisses his bicep.
