I arrived at Sephora and saw Xyrine mouth wide open in shock, while Venelope was carrying a lot of paper bags

"What happened?" I said looking at Xyrine

"My.. My.. My credit card is out of cash" She said still shocked

"What?" I said opening my jaw in shocked, seriously? I can't even use all of the money in my credit card

This girl can literally lead you to bankrupt

"Im sorry" Said Venelope putting her hands behind her

"Can I please go back to New York?" She said giving me and Xyrine a puppy eyes

"No." I said crossing my arms

Damn I swear to God im starting to fall inlove with this girl.

We arrived safely back at the mansion and I saw Venelope ready to decorate her room with the stuff she bought

"I miss Alex" She whispered then pouted

"You do?" I said giving her a confused look

"I do what?" She said looking at me also confused

"You said you missed Alex, the Quartz gang leader?" I said crossing my arms

"What? Are you crazy? I didn't say anything" She said laughing

Wtf? I swear I heard her saying she missed Alex.

Venelope was already in her room taking a nap and Xyrine, Chase, Dylan, and me were talking about stuff in the living room

"She said Alex too! I heard her whisper his name when she woke up from the couch" Said Xyrine crossing her arms

"I already told you guys she's not the one" Said Chase eating a snicker

"She is! I already told you" I said glaring at Chase

"Look Xavier, I get it. You're madly inlove with her but she's made for someone else-" Before Chase could continue I punched him

"Woah! Calm down!" Said Dylan trying to stop me

"SHE'LL FEEL THE SAME WAY FOR ME SOONER OR LATER" I said trying to punch him once more but Dylan stopped me

"Xavier calm down, calm down." Said Xyrine trying to calm my nerves

"I'll help her go back to where she belongs. Just watch" After Chase said those words he ran off

Oh let's see if i'll agree on that.

It was 11 pm and I already knew Chase is always ready to help the innocence

And why did I became friends with him again?

I head to Venelope's room, I knocked on her door which she opened it

"What do you want" She said in a sleepy tone

"You want a hug?" I said opening my arms wide for her

"Yeah sure" She said hugging me, I then picked her up which she was facing the floor

"Hey!" She said in shocked

"Don't worry you'll be safe in my arms" I said and carried her to my room.

I was sleeping peacefully once again until I heard my door creaked open I decided to observe who it was until Chase's head popped in

"Hey!" I shouted which made him jumped and made Venelope woke up

"Xavierr! Its too early for this shiiiiit" She said rubbing her eyes

"Sorry" I said smiling sheepishly at her and received a glare from Venelope

"Welp" Before I could say anything Chase already picked up Venelope and head outside my room

"CHASE" I shouted and followed behind him

Chase is always the cheetah when it comes to running which sucks because I was too slow for him

"GUARDS" I pressed a button and made the gate slowly closing, I pressed the button multiple times since its slow as a turtle

Apparently Chase and Venelope made it before the gate could close completely "GODDAMNIT" I cursed to myself

I'll literally not forgive Chase for this, he'll get my revenge sooner or later.

Venelope Salazar

"You sure im not heavy?" I said looking at Chase

"Yeah" He said sweating heavily

He put me into his car and drove into the airport

"Can I ask a question?" I said looking at him

"What is it?" He said focusing on the road

"Why are you helping me?" I said confused

"I have a promise ring" He said showing me a ring in his index finger

"And I promise to myself to help innocents and people who are deserving to live their best lives" He said increasing the speed of the car

Chase is a kind man but I don't think he's that much trustworthy. I guess.

We arrived at the airport and saw two military guys

"Guys this is Venelope, she's my friend" Both of them looked at each other before giving Chase a key

I followed Chase just like a lost puppy until I saw a helicopter

"You know how to drive a helicopter?" I said in shock

"Yeah, I was a pilot once" He said jokingly.

The ride was quick and smooth, and I arrived back to New York safe and sound

I got out on the helicopter and before I could took any further steps Chase called my name and which made me to turn around

"Take this." He said throwing me his phone which I caught it perfectly

"Thanks Chase!" I shouted and head into the airport

I head into the women's restroom and dialed Alex's number- oh what am I doing?

I erase his number and replaced Lucas's number in it, it was a few rings until he finally picked it up

"Who is thi-" Before he could say anything I cut him off

"Its me Venelope im at the airport."

"On my way." I then ended the call and head out to get some fresh air and waited for him.

I waited a few moments until I saw Lucas parking his car, I ran up to his car and got in

"How did you got here?" He said looking at me confused

"Just a guy who helped me" I said shrugging my shoulders

"A guy?" He said

"Yeah his name is Chase" I said looking outside the car window

"I see" He said nodding

"Now can you please drive me home? Im really hungry" I said pouting to Lucas

"Okay" He said chuckling to me

"Nice im so hungry" I said pouting

I can't wait to eat a lot of food when I get home, im starving like a lion.
