Alice had a vision of a marine from the future. In this vision she held him as a lover. And his name was Alexander Price. Most called him Grim though

Alex pov:

The rules have changed, theres a fine line between right and wrong.

And there, in the shadows, they send us into find them.

"Watcher to Spartan actual, targets in the main house, you have execute authority" said the team leader over my coms headset.

"Spartan 3-1, going dark" I said activating my night vision goggles.

After breaching the building we took out the enemy forces and completed the mission.

Blinding lights turned and a siren blared signaling the end of training for the day.

"Good work all contractors dismissed" the commander said as he hung up the mic.

I packed my weapons in my bags and walked out to my car passing my squad mates.

"Hey boss you wanna grab a drink" Johns said as he and three others piled into his jeep.

"Nah I've gotta go see my family" I said putting my bags in the back seat.

I turned over the engine to my 1966 fast back mustang and rolled into the town of forks Washington, home to the forks highschool Spartsns.

My father John, and my mother Kate lived modestly in a log cabin, had decent wifi, good cable hook up and a killer view of forks from the mountain.

My father is former SAS, aka British special forces, and my mother is ex CIA. In other words, they did super secret squirrel shit together.

Anyways, on my way in to town I ran into Chief swan, whose daughter I'd been friends with since childhood.

"Hey charlie," I said as I rolled my window down.

"Hey Alex, welcome home, how was Afghanistan" he asked as he shook my hand.

"Hot as hell, the food was terrible and not a cold drink for miles, in other words" I began "not all to bad, hows bella"

"Oh she got married" he said as I got out of my car "shes living with him"

"What's the guys name?" I asked

"Edward Cullen" he answered.

I knew the name, Cullen had been a very popular name for us in highschool. They were the kids you wanted to be, rich, popular, the attention holders at lunch. I moved in with my uncle Simon in the middle of junior year, so bella and I lost touch.

"Well, damn, I'd atleast like to say hi" I said as he smiled.

"I thought youd say that," he stated  " why dont you come over, Bella, Edward, Alice, Edward's sister and Renesmee, Edward and Bellas daughter are coming over for dinner tonight. I'm sure they'd love to see ya."

"I'd love too, let me drop my stuff at my parents place, and I'll swing by." I said as I got back into my car and drove to my parents house.

I showed up a quarter to seven pm. Laughter and maryment could be heard from inside the small 2 story house.

I rang the door bell and was greeted by Charlie. He ushered me inside and told me to be quiet and wait for his signal.

"Hey bells theres someone here to see you" he said giving me my question go come out.

I looked at bella, she had changed alot, she looked my motherly, and she had different colored eyes. Edward sat beside her, holding her hand as his head shifted in my direction. On the other side of the table sat Edwards sister Alice, the main source of my affection in highdchool, she got even more beautiful.

"ALEX IS THAT YOU"  bella yelled as she walked over to me and hugged me, but gently as if not trying to hurt me.

"Hey bella looking good, Edward, you taking care of her?" I asked jokingly

He smiled as he shook my hand, and nodded. Alice looked dumbfounded, she looked at me as if she had seen an angel.

Out of the kitchen came Sue Clearwater, mother to seth and leah. I've known her since I was little aswell, apparently her and charlie were due to be married next spring.

"Hi Alex" Alice said as she looked away.

"Hi Alice" I said as I sat down next to her, making sure it was ok with her.

I felt a small poke on my shoulder and looked for the source. I looked down and saw a girl with bellas eyes, and hair.

"Hello sir what's your name" she asked as I paid attention to her.

"My names Alex, what's yours" I asked in a friendly way.

"My names Renesmee, but my friends call me nessy" she said in a sweet sing song voice.

I smiled, as Bella cleared her thoat.

"Shes our daughter." Bella said as I directed my attention to her.

"You know my mommy?" Renesmee asked

"Oh yes, I've known your mommy since we were your age" I said as she smiled.

As we ate dinner, I noticed that alice, edward and bella didnt eat, I found it strange, I also noticed that Bellas and Edward's skin were ice cold, and didnt heat up when I touched them.

After dinner, we sat and talked, Alice and Edward told me that Bella got sick a few months back and had to quarantine herself in Germany.

After dinner I went to leave only to be followed out by the cullens.

"Can we talk to you" Bella asked

They pulled me to a near by clearing, and stopped. Bella ,Edward and Alice looking me dead in the eye.

"What's this about" I asked, acting confused.

"We know you noticed us not eating, we also know you noticed the drastic difference in our skin temperature" Bella said.

"Yeah I did" I said as I crossed my arms

"So you know what we are" bella asked

"Yeah, you're vampires" I said as they looked at each other

"What, you thought I didnt know you existed?" I asked

"How do you know?" Alice asked

"I fought alongside vampires, hell some of the best men in my unit are vampires" I responded making them all smile. "My only question is, wheres Renesmees real parents?" I asked

"We are" Edward said "she was born when Bella was still human I turned her right after Renesmee was born"

I nodded and looked at Alice.

" I was told that some vampires have special powers, what are yours" I asked.

"Bellas is a shield, meaning she can block other vampires abilities, Edward can read minds,except bellas, and I'm a telepath" alice said

"Oh so you can see the future" I said

"Yes and I've seen ours, and we are destined to be mates" she said as she clung to my arm

"Sounds like a plan to me." I said as we walked back up to the house. I later learned that Renesmee can share her memories with others.
