The rain poured like a waterfall that night. But to Elizabeth, it felt like a sign saying that love does not exist. "Ahhhh!!" She pounded the cement floor with her hands till there were signs of blood on her knuckles. "WHY WHY WHY?!!!" Elizabeth shouted at the top of her lungs at passer-bys "NOOO!!" Her mascara was long ruined by the warm tears and the pelting rain. The ruined mascara streaked her pale face. Elizabeth sat at the door screaming and shouting till her voice was hoarse, refusing to go into her cosy home a feet away until her parents had to carry her home in the middle of the night when Elizabeth had calmed down.
The next day, she had a terrible fever and couldn't go to school. ZW walked passed her house and gave her a loser sign by placing a letter "L" on his forehead, followed by chuckling by his gang. Then, they headed off to school. Elizabeth could only sit in bed waiting for her reputation to be torn to shreds.
A week later, Elizabeth went back to school dressed in her most beautiful outfit, trying to impress ZW that she was fine without him. But once she arrived at school everyone was dressed in their worst outfits! And when they took a look at what she was wearing, they shouted,"What a show off! Urg! Who wants to be with YOU? So ugly trying to be the best!" Elizabeth held it in and said ," You do what you want and I'll do what I want!" But after she saw ZW hugging another girl an calling her "baby" Elizabeth wanted to jump down the nearest window! Unknowingly to her, there was more where that came from!
