Who's ZW?

Elizabeth struggled but not too much.
Then, Neil gently got up, looking at Elizabeth straight in the eyes. They shared a moment until suddenly "Boom!" The door of ward 15 crashed opened, ruining the beautiful moment. It was ZW. He stalked up to Elizabeth's bed and shouted," Hey! How dare you just walked away from me! I'm ZW you know? Nobody dares disobey me!"
His eyes was filled with rage but Elizabeth just stared as if she just had a halo on her head, " Who're you?" She asked. Shocked, ZW repeated," I'm ZW," but this time a little softer. Elizabeth mumbled," ZW....? I don't know you but I know of you, I just know that you hurt me."
Neil then spoke up," Um.....Elizabeth.... Since you know of him, do you know of me?" Hoping that Elizabeth would remember. Elizabeth just chuckled," I don't need to know you, when we kissed, I could feel the spark!" When ZW heard that, he was horrified. He thought," How could this girl choose a lowly peasant instead of me?!" Elizabeth and Neil chatted as ZW just walked away.
Then after that her parents and her BFFs came in. "How're you feeling?" Zoe asked. " Elizabeth you scared us!" Chided her mother. They all
Knew very well of Elizabeth's condition and braced themselves for the blow.
This time Elizabeth did not have that blank look in her eyes and said," Hey Zoe, Anny and Charmaine! Hey Mom and Dad!" "Seems like Elizabeth only forgotten about her love life!" Charmaine said gladly.
