Yoriko is a Second Progenitor of the Vampires, but she's been in and out of a Demon-induced stasis since 90% of the Human population was wiped out. Waking up with no memories of being a Vampire, she's whisked away to what remains of the Human world when one of the Seraph escape and is drafted into the Moon Demon Company only a few years later.

The day the two Seraph reunite awakens the memories buried deep within her, and she finally understands just what those cravings and medications were for over the past four years. With her hunger reignited, she has to either suffer through using the inadequate medication or find a Human willing to both keep her secret and give her blood to survive. Of course, there's no saying what will and won't come to pass once the Seraph awaken.
