Yuri giggled as she reread her conversation with Chaewon. The older surely is easy to tease. It just meant that she surely won't be bored whenever she's around the latter.
She placed her phone aside and followed what the older had told her. As far as she knows, she doesn't really talk often to Yena these days. It saddens her since they always talk all the time. To think that something like this would happen was out of the question. She always thought their bond was clearly unbreakable but it shows it can break. However, she shouldn't let that happen.
She rushes out of her room to look for Yena. As far as she knows, the others didn't get a hold of the older yet which is quite a great problem. She doesn't really have to worry though since she knows the older best. Finding where she'll be is a piece of cake, just that she isn't familiar with the place which is a disadvantage.
In the end, she ended up running in circles. She never knew she was that bad of directions. Still, she didn't stop to find her way and ended up tripping.
Fortunately, someone caught her before she could fall on the ground. She sighed in relief thinking about what could have happened if she did fall down. The ground wasn't as safe as it seems. She could have scratches from the rocks laying down. Her manager could have scolded her for that.
"Yah Jo Yuri! I told you to talk with Yena not wander around and end up nearly injured, " the person stated following a sigh afterward.
Yuri looked up and to her surprise, it was Chaewon.
"Oh unnie! What brings you here, " the younger asked.
"Nothing pretty much. I just came from a walk, " Chaewon plainly answered and left.
The younger couldn't help but pout in disappointment. The older is truly those people who are hard to get along with. She couldn't blame it though. She clearly acknowledges that Chaewon was one of her haters. Though, she wonders if the user older is still one.
She never expected such things to happen. For all as she knows, she never met until Yena introduced her in real life. She knew she wasn't pretending to be one for attention. It could be distinctly seen by Chaewon's eyes. None of those things were all just some plain act. Even Yena would talk about her at some times. There's no way the duck-like human would lie.
...Unless?
Yuri shook her head to clear off her mind. Surely, she's just overthinking once again. She believes it's bad for her mentality so she ignores all of those. Otherwise, it would be way more difficult to be an idol. She finally had reached her dream, she doesn't want it to crush at an instant.
She continued from her tracts without thoughts. As she took a couple of minutes walking, she finally stops from her tracks. To think about it, she doesn't know where exactly Yena is, nor does she not know where she is now. It seemed that she's lost.
She tried to fish her phone from her pocket but to no avail, it wasn't in her. Strange since she would know by now her pocket was empty. It's impossible that she left it in her room. She can vividly remember she placed in her pocket after holding it for several minutes.
Then she finally remembered. It may be that time when she almost fell and when she met her unnie. Unfortunately, she couldn't find her way back. She only ended up circling at the same spot. She stayed still, hoping that the others will realize she's lost but not her manager of course. Otherwise, she would be in a great problem.
It's a good thing that she wore something not too revealing. It's gonna lead to bad cases if other people out there will see her in public. It would be disadvantageous especially in her current state.
Those seconds that passed by felt like an hour or more already. It was one of those longest seconds to ever exist. Though, a part of her enjoyed the silence this spot she stayed felt.
Everywhere she would go, there will always be cameras everywhere. Her manager will always be around her, especially in public. She never felt so free after years of becoming an idol. Yes, she does interact with the public but there are always restrictions. At times, she would be envious of those living their life so freely.
It's not that she hates becoming an idol. In fact, she loved it. It was her lifelong dream. She would never have the guts to crush it. The fact that she debuted made her the happiest. Though her debut wasn't that good she understood that everything always starts from scratch. But the more she got the recognition, the more she got restrictions. The more she didn't get the freedom she wanted.
A part of her is glad that she had the chance to be alone peacefully. Thankfully her new manager isn't that strict than the other. The manger is still really strict but she understood Yuri's rights which she really is thankful for.
She let out a sigh and remained calm as ever. Though, she still hopes she would be found.
Little did she know, there was someone looking at her from after. That person just sighs following a faint smile as she looks at Yuri.
"Aigoo this child is the same as Yena, " she stated as she let out a small smile.
