3. Fair Chance

it's cool i'll pick you up, i'll be in the area. you live by the coffee shop right?
-Tyler, 2:41 pm

Rose tapped her phone nervously.

She didn't want to seem like she was hiding something.

yeah. i'll send you the address
-Me. 2:43 pm

Rose looked around the area she was in and realized she was parked about two miles away from the shop. She quickly made her way out of the gym parking lot after a shower and made her way to there.

She tapped the steering wheel hoping she got there before he did.

A few minutes later, Rose parked in front of an apartment complex about a block away from the shop.

She looked up the address and quickly sent it over to him.

Rose sighed in relief.

She made her way out of the car quickly and sat on the curb in front of the complex. She took out a cigarette and lit it, letting her lungs fill with nicotine.

The warmth was comforting.

Rose noticed a white Tesla turn into the street. She look another drag before smashing the bud into the pavement and walking over to the car.

"This is you?" T looked at the apartment complex.

"Yeah, 214," she added in the door number just to make it seem a bit more realistic.

He nodded, pulling off.

Rose walked into the studio behind Tyler. This time it wasn't empty.

"This Rose," Tyler told everyone.

She smiled politely and recognized a few people. Her heart beat faster.

"Luka," he waved from the across the room.

"I'm Jasper!"

"Wyatt."

Before she could reply someone opened the door.

"Behind you," it was a familiar tone.

Rose turned and moved aside.

"You must be Rose. Rocky," he took his hand out slyly.

Rose was in shock—there was a chuckle from the room. They noticed her frozen state.

"I know who you are."

"Good." Rocky laughed lightly.

He was so sly.

He made his way over to Tyler as he greeted everyone in the room.

"You said tomorrow nigga,"

"I was in LA for a minute I thought I'd come see your bitch ass." Rocky laughed.
