"You are just a lucky chick today ,be careful next time," says the Wizard.
"Merci for saving my life," Ethers replies.
"Oh! It was a piece of cake for me," the wizard phrased and then asked to take his leave but Ether requests to go along with him.
"I can't take one more burden with me go find yourself another company, I'm too busy with my travails "says the disagreed wizard.
"Hey Wait! in return for saving my life I can help you with work". Ether proposed.
The wizard thinks for a while & says "Well there's one thing you can help me with but it's not an easy task."
Whereas, Ether weens that if he stays with wizard then he would be safe from the behemoths. Therefore, he mentions to the magician that he would do anything to render him.
The wizard enunciates,..
"Did you see our paradise? Its slowly dying under the control of jinx they even have stolen the heart, the universal balance is breaking. We don't have much time left, before the 7th moon we must find the heart and revive it".
" So in what way i can help you with this?," Ether mooted.
" It's the second night; look, the moon is purple tonight & we are now left with only four nights as on the 7th one the blue moon will appear again and it would be our second and the last chance to revive the balance, but i can't do it alone by myself, I need someone to bring me the key of 'WASEF' so that i can unlock the book and complete the ceremony."
Meanwhile, Ether in mind is thinking...
"Why is he wearing such a weird long cloak. Sorcerers are no less than jokers. They have plethora of magical powers but every time asks others for help, huh! He is doing the same. Strange world."
"Are you even listening me? I'm so serious here and you are lost in mocking about we sorcerers."
"No Noo!I'm listening please continue.," Ether replies and thinks, "How he came to know what i was thinking."
"Because I'm a wizard you dumb brat!!," The wizard angrily riposted.
"Ooopps pardon me! now i will listen carefully to you, "Ether apologizes making an awkward face and wizard continued..,
"So as I said, I need the key of 'Wasef' to unlock the book that you are going to bring me".
""Key!! But where I'll find that key?" ,Ether asks abruptly ones again.
"Interrupt me one more time and I'll turn you into a potato, it's the last time I'm warning you," the irked wizard yelled with a red face & recommences his talk..,
""It's not about me. It's about liberating our Euphoria and the denizens from the plight of the jinx. Moreover, it's about bringing prosperity and joy back to life. You want to meet your family don't you? Just Like your family many others are incarcerated too. Don't you care about those faultless people ?""
Ether ruminates for a bit and says....
""Fine, if it's about all of us then I'll do it, tell me where I'll find the key.""
Hearing this the wizard gave a mysterious grin and disappeared in a blink of an eye leaving behind a note that falls slowly on the ground.
"Where does he go? Are you tricking me ?Mr. Wizard???. This is why I don't like sorcerers, always playing razzmatazz with people," Ether shouts in aghast.
At the back he sees a paper on the ground, picks it up and his eyes reads the words.
""Who sat upon the plain
In his eternal chair,
His observation omni fold His inquest everywhere,
Once find out
And I'll see you there"".
After reading it Ether gets a bit mystified he reads it three-four times and figure out that the first two lines are indicating towards the mountains as it is where the Wizard use to live.
"Why ...? Whyyy me God ?? ...ughhh!!Silly wizard !! First he said he don't want me to help, and emotionally blackmailed me then asked me to bring that so called key and now he is gone. If you already have that key with you then what's the sense behind asking me to find you up there.""
Ether gets extremely infuriated and yells loudly but as to save his friends and family he was left with no choice.
From here begins Ether's new odyssey.
From last two hours he is continuously walking but due to starvation and lethargickness he gets faint ones again.
