Don't Go

Chapter Tres

I get up and walk away. I walk away from the complete horror on Savannas face. She calls my name but I keep walking I don't want to stick around. 

One problem with my plan though, I have all my classes with her and I have to stay after school with her because of band practice. Ugh could my day get any worse?

"Yes"  I snap out of my thoughts and look at Savanna sitting in front of me. " What" 

"Yes your day can get worse", Did she just read my mind?

" And before you freak out thinking i'm reading your mind i'm not you said it out loud." 

That makes since. I tend to do that because i'm usually alone. But when Savanna is around there is not such thing as alone. I don't mind though because even though I don't admit it to her face, its nice to know someone is there. 

"Do you have a tendency to eavesdrop when a guy is trying to have a conversation with himself?"

She lets out a small giggle and I smirk. "I do if they look like they just got out of a car wreck and that they could have some trauma to the head" I glare at her and she smirks. 

"No"

"No what" 

"Stop stealing my things"

" I have no idea what your talking about"

"yes you do, first you took my saying and now your taking my smirk" I pout at her and she laughs. 

" Yeah ok buddy"

I roll my eyes and look away I hear her laugh but that's when the teacher walks in so we be quiet.  Everyone thinks I hate Savanna or something but I really don't. Actually she is like one of my best friends.... Just a best friend... Nothing more than a best friend...

Savanna's POV

I'm mad. That's and understatement. I'm fucking pissed. Who at? I'm pissed at Diego's dad, how dare he do that to him. His own son. This isn't the first time his dad has sent him to school looking like a fucking boxing bag because the night before he got mad and decided it would be okay to beat on his son. 

Diego looks so bad today. His eye is dark purple and his  lip is red and blue. Also the cheerfulness as left his big brown puppy dog eyes. The eyes that are always smiling always happy and cheerful are dull and gray. His face shows no emotion. I tried to get him to laugh by stealing his lines and his smirk, least he says its his, but it didn't work. It never reached his eyes. 

I decide to say something about it, but I will have to wait till after school at band practice. I'm brought back by my teacher banging on my desk with his ruler. " Savanna pay attention" 

"Yes sir, sorry sir"

"I don't need your apologies I need your attention on the board do you understand?"

I don't say anything

"Do I make myself clear?"

Again nothing

"Give me your hand?"

"No"

"What did you say to me?" He holds his ruler up about to hit me. It comes down and I close my eyes and ready myself but, it never comes. I look up and I see Diego. He moved just in time and the ruler hit his back. He winces but doesn't show that it hurt. 

He looks up at the teacher. " She said no"

"Get out of my classroom the both of you!!"

I get up and walk out the door Diego follows. When I turn around he is walking the other way down the opposite hallway. "Hey!! Wait up!" He doesn't slow his pace. He keeps walking I try to catch up with him but in the end I know it's best if I just leave him alone. 

Diego's POV

How dare he! How dare he try to hit her! 

I'm so mad i'm pretty sure steam is coming out of my ears. I walk out of the classroom after Savanna but I don't go the same way as her. I don't want her to see the tears in my eyes. That's why when I hear her try to catch up to me I walk faster. I walk straight into the boys bathroom. 

I take my shirt off and look at my back in the mirror. Its all bloody and red and it really hurts. I slip my shirt back on and walk out the bathroom to find Sara. 

"Ummm Hello?"

She is starring straight at me. I can't help but notice her boobs. She has a low cut top and her boobs are pushed up so much they could pop out any second. She must have seen me looking because she gets closer and rubs her body against me. 

"N-" She puts he finger on my lips to keep me from finishing. Then something awful happens.

I know still bad right? Well below are a pic of Diego and Savanna. I hope you are enjoying the story. And what do you think happens? Does Sara kiss him? Does a teacher catch them?
