Malaysia Taylor POV

Today was a chill day for me I was chilling at my crib just thinking about my life and how far I came . My brother was at my big brothers house and so was my little sister . So I was FKF (fuck kid free) LMFAOOO. Imma go them in a little bit .buts here's some backstory on me
(Im 19 and I have ah one year old .i know I'm young but I was in a bad situation .people call me ah hoe because I have ah baby but they don't even know the story . My bestie  yaya  and I have been thugging since we was shortys . I have my own crib it's ah 3 bedroom me and my sister left my mamas house because she told us to. she lives there with my stepdad she but that's a story for other day .)
I looked at my phone noticing that I had at text from my baby sister MYLANI.

I exited the text thread turning my phone off. I hoped up and started getting ready I went to the bathroom turning on the steaming hot shower water and hoped into the shower washing away yesterday's memories.

Lamir pov
I pulled up to my homie house hopping out the car making my way inside. It was bops everywhere this Nigga probably throwing a party . I walked inside nd seen to kids one like 13 and one looked around 4 maybe. As I walked deeper into the house I noticed the inside was unusually quiet. That's when I heard the loud bang coming from inside my homie room I ran too his room bussing down the door. I saw my homie my mud brother laying there In a pool of blood. I looked up nd saw my other homie standing over him glock in hand. The room smelt like gun powered and blood fresh blood . My other homie took the gun and held it too my head with a craze look in his eyes

"I'm sorry my brother"he said looking at me still holding the gun in front of my face while I stood there unfazed . I looked him in his eyes remaining silent as he took the gun holding it too his head .

Malaysia pov

I knew mylani and amora would be hungry so I stopped at ihop and got us some food I pulled up at my brother house I hoped out my car and walked to the door and used the key I had to get in I walked in the house hearing amora crying . I started walking up to them but lani pointed to the back where my brother room was . With a nervous step I walked towards the back of the house towards my brother room the door was cracked nd I seen blood everywhere. I opened the door walking deeper into the room as I say my brothers lifeless body on the ground . I fell to my knees screaming grabbing his body begging him too wake up but he wouldn't no matter how hard I tried my best friend my brother was gone . What was I gonna tell mylani least of all my child. Marcus was gone my whole world was gone . I stood up noticing the other onna ground  body it was Marcus best friend josh .josh had a bullet hole in his head and it had looked like a suicide.finally I noticed Marcus other homie lamir inna corner of the room. balled up tears coming out his eyes . His body was frozen he stared straight ahead at me but I'm not sure he even noticed I was there . I got up pulling my self together calling 911 . After they hung up I walked over to mir forcing him to his feet hugging him . Once he noticed it was me he hugged me even harder as I broke down crying even harder then I was before . Just then I heard MYLANI coming towards the room . I broke free from the hug running out the room stopping her in her tracks

"No lani baby don't go back there" I cried unable to stop the tears. I pulled her into a tight hug ."lani baby Marcus gone" I watched the look on her face nd it broke me even more . I held her tighter watching as the police took my brothers lifeless body out the house along with josh body.

"Lay lay did you call vontae" lani said snapping me outta my thoughts . I shook my head no

"I called him already"lamir said walking out the room with the police officer holding his arm "they taking me in for questioning but I told them I won't leave till vontae get here to take care of all . Laysia they need yo statement too".with that him and the officer walked to the front room sitting on the couch . I followed behind them . Grabbing my sleeping baby off the couch holding her tight silently crying as I held her close to . Remembering how it was always me nd Marcus growing up . Marcus was the very best of me nd my siblings. He stayed in school he got rich , he got him a good paying job stayed away from gangs nd guns. Just for him to get guned down in his own home by sb he loves and cared about . Man Marcus ion know what too do without you . You ain't deserve this at all .

Malaysia pov

I just left my brother's funeral. Right now I'm driving home from the repast ,the girls riding home with vontae  . I been staying at my brothers vontae house because I really don't wanna be away from my only living brother rn . I pulled up to vontae house . I turned the car off jumping out the car walking up to the door . I turned the key unlocking the door. I walked in seeing everybody inna living room I couldn't help but cry . Evb was here besides my mom nd Marcus . I walked in sitting with evb onna couch . Amora was dancing nd evb was hyping her up nd recording her . I smiled a little smile for the first time since Marcus died . Ik I'll never be the same but looking at my baby nd watching her grow will bring me some peace .
I looked at the celling nd whispered
"I love you Marcus".
