FandomCx is back! And this time with two widely popular Female Protagonists: Katniss Everdeen (From Suzanne Collin's The Hunger Games) and Tris Prior (from Veronica Roth's Divergent).
We'll be ranking the ladies in categories out of 100, before giving our opinions:
Intelligence
Tris: 90
Katniss: 65
Katniss is street-smart, there's no denying that, but Tris is literally Erudite.
Training
Tris: 85
Katniss: 75
Katniss may have been hunting for years, but aside from a few courses before Games, her training lacks the variety of Dauntless initiation.
Talents
Tris: 70
Katniss: 85
Tris may have the variety, though with no clear above average abilities, Katniss's hunting, archery, and overall expertise come out on top.
Strength
Tris: 75
Katniss: 85
Counting both physically and emotionally, (given the immense trauma experience by both girls) their emotional strength is relatively equal. Including physical strength however, it is agreed Katniss surpasses Tris.
Aim
Tris: 75
Katniss: 90
Both may use distance weapons, but the infamous archery definitely gives Katniss the upper hand, also taking into account the amount of time Katniss spent practicing her archery.
FandomCx's Opinions:
SSS: Katniss is a better fighter, with more killing experience, all Tris really had was training and intelligence.
T_F: Killing experience?
SSS: Yes. Why? What would you say?
T_F: Well, yeah, I guess Katniss would win. I mean she seemed to have the edge in most categories, and *sigh* she has more killing experience, I mean the way she killed required more skill.
SSS: Yeah, Sure Tris killed but not in the way Katniss did
