"Wake up! We don't have much time!"
Said an un-familiar voice. It was guy, I knew that for sure. They had a deep enough voice to recognize it was a guy, but all I saw was a dark back figure trying to shake me awake.
As I slowly opened my eyes they said,
"Good you're awake- now hurry up! Or we're gonna get left behind!"
"Alright, alright im up, where are we?" I asked.
"On a boat, but we're gonna end up underwater if you don't hurry up!" He said as he tried not to sound panicked enough.
It was around midnight, I'd say maybe 2 a.m.? It was hard to see much since the lights on the boat were flickering on and off.
Luckily we made it onto a little boat that could hold a few, including me. There was a guy and two girls, a little girl and a woman.
All of a sudden it just hit me. I could've drowned, if it weren't for that guy.
I sigh in relief and just awe. I could've died.
After getting on the mini raft we finally settled down.
We introduced ourselves. I was apparently the second oldest, 18. Ms Botan- the only other female was the oldest, I didn't catch her age but I guess you-"Never ask a woman her age" After me it was the guy that saved me. His name was Arashi, he's 17. Then the girl, she's 16 and her name is Natsu.
Ms.Botan had told us that she was the first one up, she found Arashi, and told him to go scavenge for other people. She was preparing the boat when she found Natsu.
