Previously On Helpless: Cameron tells Faith that he can't go back to New York with her. She gets really upset and thinks he was just trying to hook-up with her and tell his friends. How will Cam be forgiven? Will she realise she over-reacted?

-Faith's pov-

I get into the elevator. Before I hit a floor number, I start to think that maybe I over-reacted. Maybe Cameron was telling the truth. I hit the floor 4 button. Right before the doors close a hand grabs one of the doors and they open back up. Cameron gets in the elevator.

-Cameron's pov-

I'm so relieved to see her beautiful face.

"Listen to me. Please." I say.

"I'm listening." she says.

"Faith, I've cared about you this whole time. When my dad called and told me they cancelled Magcon New York, I was more disappointed than you could imagine. It hurt me so much to have to tell you that I wasn't coming back."

Then she gets a text. She looks down at it.

-Faith's pov-

I get a text from Nash.

"Cameron just ran out of the door in the middle of his favorite TV show. Whatever he is telling you, listen."

I click my phone off and listen to Cameron.

-Cameron's pov-

Then she looks back up at me. I continue talking.

"Meeting you is the greatest thing that happened to me. And losing you will be the hardest thing. I didn't do this just to hook-up with you and tell my friends. I care about you so much, Faith. And I hope you believe me."

-Faith's pov-

I believe him. I smile and grab him, wrap my hands around his neck and I kiss him as hard as I can.

The next day at the airport, we are walking from the terminal onto the plane when a hand grabs my arm and spins me around.

Cameron kisses me and with his forehead against mine says, "Watching you walk away is breaking my heart."

I whisper, "Cameron, I love you. Goodbye."

He kisses me again. "I love you, Faith Elizabeth Matthews."

Then I have to hold in my tears as the plane takes off back to New York.
