Same Day

After that horrible breakfast they had because of the boys bringing loose lip hoes, Kadeem and Kaden planned to come back to the girls house after they dropped there hoes home. Shontae was extremely annoyed because Kadeem's little treesh was putting on a show and it was just embarrassing to watch. She even watched Momma Kay, Kadeem, Kaden, and Chassidy's mom roll her eyes at one point during this girl's show. Momma Kay decided she was going to go home to catch up on some shows so she declined the offer to come chill at their house.

Once Chass and Tae got in the house she went straight into her room to change, she wrapped her hair up in her bonnet and changed into black sweats with a black tank top. She laid in her bed for a while looking at Instagram and liking a few people's pictures and watching funny videos. Then out of nowhere Chassidy got a text message from her ex boyfriend Jovani wanting to meet up. Jovani and Chassidy have been on and off since their freshman year in high school. Jovani was a year older than Chassidy when he graduated he decided to go away to school.

Last year in October Chassidy went upstate to Buffalo State University to surprise him. But she was the one who got surprised one of his friends, James was in the apartment he was so in shock to see her, it was like he saw a ghost and he jumped up so quick to try and stop her. Chassidy thought he was being his usually weird self until she heard it. She heard moaning coming from her boyfriend's room and she looked up at James and he stared at her with so much remorse. Chassidy told him to move out the way and he finally gave up and moved from the door. She walked closer to the door and stood there for a minute until she heard them stop. She finally got the courage to open the door and when she did all hell broke loose. Chassidy ended up breaking the girls nose and giving Jovani a black eye. After she fucked them up she looked at Jovani in disgust and blocked his number.

To see Jovani dming her on Instagram, she already saw herself getting heated all over again. Chassidy walked out her room looking for Tae to vent. She found Tae in the living room watching Netflix. Chassidy sat down in the red love seat across from the couch Tae was sitting in.

"Tae I need advise." She stared up at Shontae who looked like she knew it was something serious.

"Okay tell doctor Tae what's wrong." Tae smiled giving Chassidy her undivided attention.

"Aigh so why Jovani dm'ed me, all like can we meet up." As soon as Shontae heard that name she rolled her eyes so hard, she hated how Jovani did her best friend.

"Okayy and you confused if you should meet up with him or not?"

"Yeah I don't know what I should do, like we never had a real conversation after I fucked him and that bitch up he cheated on me with."

"Honestly I don't like  that nigga but I do think you need to bury whatever issues you do got with him away so if talking to him is going to help you move on from it do it."

"You know me Tae, he is like my kryptonite. Jovani can say the right thing and I'm back in and I really don't want that."

"Well Chass if you don't want that to happen, you'll won't let it and you will stand your ground if he even tries that swindling shit. You know you deserve way better than him don't ever settle for less." Chassidy started tearing up a little and tae got off the couch and squatted down to Chassidy and hugged her.

"Everything is going to be okay Chass, I got you forever you will get through this. It's just a conversation girl." Chassidy looked up at Shontae and nodded her head and wiped her tears away.

"You right bro, I'm just so emotional and I love hard but I'm tired of the same shit."

"Loving hard isn't bad but loving the wrong people hard is bad."
