“We’re back!”

Natsu, Happy, Lucy, and Asuka got back to the guild safely. They had a great day. They play around the park. The older wizards let the kid buy the item that she desires after they gain money from the safe jobs. She bought a familiar globe but was quickly stolen by sky bandits. She tries to take them down but failed to hit them, so the dragon slayer helped her. With that, they successfully got the snow globe back.

“Oh! Perfect timing!” Warren said.

“They’re all the last step of making that cake!” Max informed.

“Cake?” Natsu seems that he forgot about the cake that Asuka asked for this morning.

“Oh, that’s right!” But Lucy remembers. They both join everyone at the bar station. The Celestial Spirit put the blue exceed on the bar stool. He looks ill, more ill than Y/n, the one who actually has an illness. Probably because he kissed his best friend, Natsu. What a bad day for him.

Asuka ran to the Bar Station and sat down on a bar stool beside Happy before putting the globe down. The white maiden quickly walk to her and greeted her. “Welcome home!”

“I’m back!” Asuka said cheerfully. “Where’s the cake?”

Mirajane turned to Erza and asked, “Is it almost done?”

“No, no, no!” Erza said. She’s not answering the question of the maiden, instead, she is strictly guiding Wendy and Charle on mixing the whipped cream even more to make it. “If the cream doesn’t melt the moment you put it in your mouth we can’t call it the best cake in all Fiore!”

“Right, Coach! I-I mean… Erza-san!” Wendy teasingly said as she hold the mixing bowl for Charle.

“H-How’s this?” The Exceed shows the whipped cream to Erza. The Scarlet quickly grabs a spoon and turns back to Charle and Wendy. “Wait. I’ll give it a taste test.”

She uses the spoon to grab a small portion of whipped cream and tastes it. “Perfect! Let’s decorate it!”

Wendy cuts a small circular piece enough for Asuka from the medium cake that she baked and put it on a serving plate. Charle puts cream on the sponge smoothly.

Then, the Sky Maiden adds more cream to decorate the cake. Erza does the finishing touch by putting the strawberry on top of the cake. Oh, she is shivering so mad but still manages to put the strawberry perfectly.

“Here you go, Asuka-chan,” Mirajane serves the cake to the kid.

“*claps* It’s finished!” Wendy said as she claps her hands, proud of herself. Asuka leans near the cake with a bright smile on her lips.

“Asuka!” Valerie joins the kid by sitting beside her. She has a bundle in her mouth she put it on the table before facing the kid. “Eat up! I’m sure it tastes great!”

“Thank you for the cake!”

Asuka grabs the cake with both of her tiny hands. As she is about to take a bite of the cake, the cream instantly melts on her hands, panicking everyone, especially Erza.

“I-It melted a little too soon!” Erza gasped.

“O-Oh no…!” Valerie looks at Asuka. She worried that the kid might not like it. They wanted the cream to melt in her mouth and not on her hands.
