As they all walked in Honeypaw saw Dovestar jump down from the High Rock, "So how was the patrol?" "Perfectly fine, no weird scents either." Violetwing answered. Weird scents? There's been weird scents here? Honeypaw cleared away her thought to listen to Dovestar's orders. "Apprentices, have a nice break. Warriors, do your duties." Dovestar demanded, but in a kind and calm tone.

As Honeypaw began to walk too the Apprentices den she had that thought again, Weird scents. Maybe I should asks Sunpaw about, she has a good sense of smell. Honeypaw saw Sunpaw was basking in sunlight in the clearing. "Hey Sunpaw!" She called. Sunpaw got up and padded over to her, "Yeah?" "I know you have a great sense of smell-" Honeypaw was cut off. "Thanks! I do have a great sense of smell!" Sunpaw replied bubbly and proud. Honeypaw sighed and continued, "As I was saying I have been worrying about weird scents ever since Dovestar brought it up."

"I've been smelling weird things too, like some sort of musky stuff that comes from the Thunderpath, just more 'smellier'. It was also mixed with a scent of badger!" She explained. "A Badger-Monster!?!?" Honeypaw gasped. Sunpaw began laughing her head off, Honeypaw just tilted her head in confusion. "Sorry." Sunpaw apologized "That's just really silly. Should we talk to Dovestar about it?" Honeypaw shook her head, "No. Unless if it gets worse." "Your right." Sunpaw replied.

Sunpaw walked away back to the sunlight, which started to fade. It was almost Sundown, a long day. Honeypaw had the thought to sleep early, she began to head to the Apprentices Den. "Hey where are you going Honeypaw! Me and Rainpaw are going to play catch the mouse." The call was from Otterpaw, excitement in his tone. Even though she wanted to play too, Honeypaw was too tired and might ask to play the next Sunrise.

Honeypaw went inside the Apprentices Den and curled up on one of the Moss Beds. She soon enough fell asleep.

The next day
Honeypaw woke up to Violetwing padding her with one paw, "You overslept, it's time for me to teach you how to hunt!" "I overslept!!" Honeypaw burst out. "Don't worry, it's just us. No one else is coming." Violetwing calmed her. Honeypaw took a sigh of relief. They both began to walk out of camp.
