Karkat laid on the leather sofa woundering were Dave was with his breackfest. When he heard the lock jimming. It poped open and It swung slowly open"THANK GOD YOUR HERE ASS HAT AM STRAVENING." He looked over the arm rest his eyes growing wide.
"Sollax" He whisperd thier in a crouch piostion dress in all black with mitch machted eyes was Sollax Captor with a cocky smirch. Karkat could feel a smile slowly spread on to his face."What took you so long?" I said as if I was really waiting for him.
"Ohhh am sorry! It takes a whail to plan this stuff. But we have to go like now." Sollox said with a stuther He rushed into the room druging him off of the couch and on to his feet. Then stop to pier into his face his eyes sreaching him from head to toe. He prushed his lips together befor asking "Your alright?Right. He didn't hurt you. Did he."
Smile still in tack Karkat shoke his head befor takeing his hand."Stop worrying am fine now." With that they ran for the door that layed in shambles. The ran down a corrador then another. They could around here the sireans ringing and sounds of feet marching.
"Don't worry were almost thier." Sollax yelled over his shoulder as he ran towards a door.
Karkat couldn't believe it he was getting out of here. Just as the door was finlly coming into view.
Dave stepped out from the corner and a lound bang rung throw the corrador and Sollax fell befor Karkat"s feet. No,no,no NO Karkat crampled down by his side reaching towards his shoulder.
Sollax groaned "Run. Karkat get out." Karkat jerked back he eyes refoucsed to the man. The man with the gun. He truned and ran.
He didn't get to far befor a hand grab his shoulder and span him around and slamed him against the wall. Karkat let out a grunt as his back smashed into the hard surf.
Dave leaned in a gun rised leveal with Karkat head and whisperd in his ear "Where the hell you think your going." Karkat eyes welled with tears as he stared at the body of his friend.And turned his head away in sarrow.Befor Dave smashed the butt of the gun over his head. The wrould truned fuzz and Karkat crumpled to the ground.
What a mess thought Dave as he picked up the limp Karkat and looked over at the other teenager. Who laied in a ever incressing puddle of his own blood. Dave was going to come back for him later.
He turned to the group of secruity gruads who just arravied "Take him to the intergation room and give him the "speacial" treatment." He walked passed them with a thousand question runing throw his head.
Karkat's Prov
"Sollax" I screamed as I disloaged the mountain of blankecting that had been laiying on top off me moments befor. My heart was treating to beat out of my chest as I sceened the room. Am alone. I rubed the heel of my palm against my eye. Befor leting out a sigh it was all just a dream.
With that I trow off the rest of the covers and headed for the bathroom. Where a nice hot shower was awaiting me. I as I turned to the sink planing on brushing me teeth I stoped to stare at my reflection. As tears started to slintley fall down my cheecks. Stareing back at me was a blood covered faced with a small lump on his forehead. I gasped for air as my reflection revealed the turth.
It wasn't dream.
I felt my knees give way as I fall to the floor I reached up to grab hold of my head. I again I have failed my friends. I have failed him.I had left him to die and it wasn't even worth it becouse am still stuck in this dam cell. I smashed my fist against the tials and let out a scream of pain and angery.
I lost contral in that moment I was nolonger sane. I rip the towle rack off the wall and used it to smashed the bathroom mirrior. I could see his back the blood. His smile. Sollax. I toar the bath curtain down. Tears flowed freely down my face. I brawled from room to room destorying anything my line of vision. I riped the tv out of the wall it sparked and fizzled. My breath was becoming short but he was still thier in my mind eyes laying so still blood spilling out.
I fell to my knees the metal rod still in my hand. No nonononono "NO." I wailed at the cieling. My breath was raged as I stared at the blank surf sreaching for a answer. That was not thier. Was he alive?
I finlly manage to drag myself to my feet. The rod slip from my fingers makeing a dull thud against the carpeat. I stumbled into the bathroom again. My mind was on one track. I need something sharp.
Dave's Prov
The boy was stable and able to talk is what they told me. But my mind was on a diffent topic.
Why? why? Why was he here. That boy and with my Karkat. I grided my teeth in fury.I hate it when others touch my toys.
No more turtore I have to see him. I have to see if his ok. I must see Karkat. Now. It's been driveing me crazy to see his face. I almost runing down the hallway's
Due to the brocken door he was moved to amore secure location. That looked actually the same as my brother's suit. I turned the corner. I could feel a tug at my hearts. Something is wrong I brock into a run. Somethings wrong. Something wrong. The words kept time with my raceing heart.

I screamed again. I couldn't find him.Then I heard the sickly sound of wet slicknish hiting aulimun as glass shutter.
I was running in slowly motion as I got to the bathroom I trow open the bathroom door. Blood was every where. The world was spining I stumbled backword I hand reached for my mouth "Karkat." I whiaperd "What have you done?"
Glass coverd the gound with Karkat sitting cross legged in the meddle. His was staring at his blooding hands as blood weeped down his arms.

I could feel the tears slowly rolling down my cheecks as I turned aroud help I need to get him help. I walked out of the room down the hall ways I was in a daze. Finlly I ran into Jake.
"Oh my god, Dave what happened." He ran towards me his eyes widening as he looked at Karkat. "Dave?Look at me. What. Happened."

Thier were so many wires. Jake slaped closed the progress report And placed a hand on my shouldier. "We don't know how long,his going to be in a coma." I flinched at the words.
