The walking stick is not only a honorarium, but as the name implies, is a good walking aid. The walking stick helps me keep good balance when I am walking. It also helps to sustain my weight when my legs are tired from walking a long distance.

The walking stick was given to me by my father during gis retirement ceremony at the village house. There were many dignitaries present at this occasion. My own brother and sister were present. My half brothers and sisiters were also handy during this festivity. The passing down of this walking stick always marks the climax of the ceremony. As soon asbthe walking stick handed over to me, everybody present echoed with a shout of hurray and clap of the hand. When I received the walking stick, I affirmnto the hearing of everyone present how I will uphold the honor that my has passed down to me. Then there was another cheer and applause.
