You will need:
Unsharpened pencils
acrylic paint
Tape
Paintbrushes
Metallic Sharpie (optional)
Place tape around eraser and metal bit. Hold tape while you paint. Apply paint to pencil. (Optional) use sharpie to doodle cute patterns.
