*POV OF NYX*
"Honestly I never understood why they would name me after the goddess if SHE has always been supposed to be the goddesses heir. She doesn't even know who or what she is!" I try to whisper loudly to Scar watching her eye the decendent of the goddess. "SCAR! Snap out of it" I say loudly hitting her head she rolls her eyes and glares at me "I'm sick of you complaining that you arnt her heir. It's not our fault your not related to her. Now look if you don't stop complaining I'm gonna rehearse the stupid profecy that even I think Is bullshit" I sigh than realize the girl we where supposed to be watching woke up and just.. stared at us tho I didnt think she could see us in the dark.

I look at scar with this strange look trying to tell her to turn around. "Why the f**k are you looking at me so weird?" I roll my eyes grab her shoulders and turn her around "we need to return her now!" Scar looks at me with a smirk and I nod sadly looking her in the eyes.. I couldn't stop scar. She knows I'm not allowed to break any of the accords since my mother was high priestess. If I went against any of the profecy it could mess up her future.. the accords where made to follow the rules of the profecy.

(You must be thinking... why are there rules in a profecy?
Well the answer is simple.)

When she turns 19 I'm supposed to well.. wake up the goddesses heir... her real name is Nixius- obviously made up by Nyx. But her human parents didnt think it right to call her that so they called her Niki. I dont think it suits her potential.. I've been watching her... I grew up with her till our parents realized I was getting drawn to her to soon. Yes her human/pegan parents know but she doesnt. They worship Nyx and something happened to the gods.. and goddesses. Her being the goddess of night she made us. Her children, the children of the night. But one day her heir was born and so it was written. She was to wake up as the goddesses heir- the daughter goddesses diety of night. But the way to wake her up is.. well drinking every drop of her blood... I cant do it to early. If I do her body will regect it. Once I do shes said to be my one true soulmate..

We dont follow the rules and everything of our future will go to all hell and only the goddess herself could help us.

I watch as scar pins her to the wall by her throat and from what I can see inhales her sent. It breaks my heart to see this but when she drinks the littles bit of her blood.. no one really knows why it works like that but it does, honestly its quite helpful for when we're hungry. As I watch her as she drinks a little bit of Nixius's blood with pain filling my eyes but she oddly keeps eye contact with me till her eyes drift shut.

We leave her in the bed and hide in the shadows.. as she wakes up.. shes.. crying? I dont know why but It pains me to see her cry. I just want to hold her and wipe away her tears but as I go to step to her scar stops me, I than watch her as she runs to the bathroom realizing her friend was in there washing her hands I hear the pain in her voice as she tells her friend the details of her "dream" as she seemed to think it was. But.. when she gets to talking about me.. her voice fills with love and curiosity..

In the blink of an eye scar was behind her "you weren't supposed to remember that" she was pi**ed. But I was behind her as I push her out of the way and look at Nixus my heart skips a beat as I hear her voice fill my ears and head 'such beautiful eyes' I blush
