23.Chapter

Jisoo found herself waiting for Jennie on the schoolyard next to the parking slots. Impatiently she looked on her watch.

„Why does it take her so long?" Jisoo said and tapped with her foot on the floor. Unpunctuality was something she really couldn't tolerate.

Suddenly she heard somebody honking.

„What are you doing? Hurry and get into the car!" Jennie yelled slightly annoyed.

Quickly Jisoo entered the BMW and together they drove in silence to Jennies house.

„Wow your house is big." Jisoo said.

„What have you expect a small apartment?" Jennie responded.

„Come on let's get in and finish that project as fast as possible." Jennie said and opened the house door.

The house was the complete opposite Jisoo expected from Jennies house. Everything was in a very classical style and in an old design but still very expensive. Jisoo admired Jennies house and continued to follow the younger girl.

„So that's my room we can start right away." Jennie said.

Her room looked like the rest of the building very exquisite and unique.

The two girls got comfortable in Jennies room and started their work. They worked in silence.

„How are you doing with your part?" Jennie asked as she eyed the other paper.

„I think at the moment it's pretty good. You can read it if you want." Jisoo said and handed the text Jennie. Out of curiosity the girl took the sheet.

„Wow you are really good at expressing yourself with words." Jennie said as she overflew the work.

„You think so?"
Jisoo just stared on the ground and nervously played with the pen in her hand.

„You have really great writing skills."

„Thank you then I guess." Jisoo uttered quietly.

After a short silence Jisoo decided to speak again.

„Why are you suddenly so nice to me?" Jisoo asked and pressed the top of the pen a few times on the skin of her thumb. These days it became more and more difficult for Jisoo to keep calm ever since her hallucinations and flash back came back. To sum it up everything became even worse for her. She isn't even able to hold herself back sometimes even in front of other people.

„You're really asking that right now? Do you want to tell me I was mean to you?" Jennie emotionless said.

„No no!" Jisoo said and shook her head.

„I was just curious because you're also so quiet."

Jennie raised and eyebrow in confusion.

„What has that to do with me being mean to you?" Jennie asked.

„Not so important..." Jisoo whispered and looked down again.

„Let's just continue the work." Jisoo said and rammed the pen deeper into her skin.

And that was the only time they talked in their hole working process.

After hours of working in silence. Jennie got up from her seat.

„We're are my manners. Do you want something to drink?" Jennie asked.

„Sure why not." Jisoo answered.

„Come on let's go to the kitchen I'll get you something to drink." Jennie said and waved in her direction signaling Jisoo to follow her.

„What do you want to drink? We have everything." Jennie asked as they arrived in the kitchen.
