Through my journey at my young age, I've already experienced downfalls, breakdowns, and depression. All those challenges weren't easy, I handled those problems with no one to help and guide me. I comfort my self by letting myself break.
3 steps to comfort yourself:
1. Cry
2. Let yourself escape
3. Breath
The most painful thing you'll feel is when you think that you're in pain.
