Chapter 9: LightClan

"Welcome to LightClan." A voice spoke. The three cats looked up and saw a gray tom. He was transparent, and his eyes glowed like bright blue lights. "I am Sootfeather. What brings you here?" "W-well, we need to talk to Maplepaw." Sunpaw said. "I know where you can find her." Sootfeather nodded. "Follow me."

The cats followed the former CaveClan deputy across the afterlife. They soon found Maplepaw. "Sunpaw? Rosepaw? Watersight?" The tabby looked almost baffled. "What are you doing here?" "We need to talk to you." Rosepaw sighed.

Maplepaw, sat with the three other cats. "What is it?" Maplepaw asked. "Who killed you?" Sunpaw asked. "Jinx did." Maplepaw hissed under her breath.

"I knew it!" Rosepaw growled. "I knew he was a no good, cold hearted, traitor!"

"Okay so, what happened?" Sunpaw asked. "Well..." Maplepaw began. "I was just taking an evening stroll when Jinx pounced on me. He attacked me, I didn't know why. I told him to leave me alone. He continued. Next thing I know, I'm in LightClan." She stopped.

"We have to do something about Jinx. Who knows what will happen if we don't?" Watersight muttered.

After a while, the three returned to MistClan. "There you guys are!" Graypaw said. "We were looking for you!"
