"Nejiri? What are you talking abou-" Before Mirio could finish he got hit by a blast wave, sending him through the wall behind him.

He couldn't activate his quirk in time and smashed into the room behind him. I jumped up and landed a small hit on Nejiri's arm. She cradled her arm for second but recovered almost instantly.

She used a wave blast to knock me into my bookshelf and launched herself after Mirio. I began to stand but she sent blast wave that kept me on the ground.

In this universe Mirio lost his quirk but the serum was ineffective, it only took away his quirk for about a week. Everything else is the same from the fight though. So our precious baby Eri is okay.

I could hear Mirio and Nejiri fighting but I couldn't see them. If only I could reach some food, then I could activate my quirk and help Mirio fight off Nejiri.

I saw some food near my foot and I used my leg to scoot it closer to me. Once it was in reach I grabbed some calamari and popped it into my mouth. The second I could I stuck Nejiri in the side as grabbed more food, eating some clams and chicken.

She flew through the glass door leading out to the balcony and fell a few feet before making herself float. Some first or second years who were outside, probably in the works studies classes ran away screaming, calling for a teacher.

The only problem with that was all of the teachers with quirks were at the USJ training some first years, so only the teachers with small quirks who can't fight remained at the school.

Nejiri laughed again as she looked back into the room, "you really think it was just chance that you got янσραℓσ¢тι ∂ιѕєαѕє? (is it wrong that every time I mention the disease I have to go back to the first chapter to see how it's spelled?) You see it's not just a disease you get from unreciprocated love, you get it through physical contact with a small thing called a я∂ ρєи"

She held up a small pen that had fading shades of orange, pink, light blue, and dark blue. "That day before you ran off into the bathroom, I poked your leg with this pen, giving you the disease. You thought the pen poking was normal cause apparently I do that a lot- I mean I do that a lot"

"W-what do y-you mean, apparently?" She looked shocked and tried to shake her surprise.

"I-uh I- oh whats the point?" she rolled her eyes before attacking us again as she spoke, "I'm quite surprised at you! You guys can't even tell when you aren't talking to one of your best friends!"

Then it hit me, this wasn't Nejiri. It had to be someone else, someone who could mascaraed as other people and replicate their quirks. 

"Toga?"

"Oh wow you finally guessed it! I mean I have to give you guys some slack. Nejiri got sick twice this month, and both times I just took her place! Obviously on the day I stabbed you with the pen and today! Well actually she spent most of today as herself, I just locked her in her room when I need to pretend to be as sad so I could kill Mirio"

"Oh and you'll have to excuse me, I'm going to stay in this form, I quite like Nejiri's quirk, its really something!"

Sorry for the short chapter, I just really wanted to get something out for you guys! I know how much it sucks when an author takes forever to update their story. Here's a whole bunch of memes to make up for it.
