Livia *very slow updates*

Chapter 6

About 10 minutes after Livia had left the balcony, Jax had finally decided to leave the balcony too. He didn't care about the eyes on him, he didn't care at all anymore. She thinks the cheating was meant to happen. Was all he could think about, it was running all over his mind.

He went back to the ballroom but their were no eyes on him. It was as if the scene between him and Serenity never happened. He scanned the room to see if there were any eyes on him. Not a single eye. But he did catch the sight of Livia. She was talking to Sebastian Matthews. Sebastian was a ladies man for his age, but he wasn't a player. He knew how to treat women.

Sebastian was 4 years younger than Jax. Jax and Sebastian were family friends. Sebastian is supposed to be CEO this year, he had 4 more months of his training to do.

Jax felt jealous. How she was smiling and laughing with him, while when she was with him she spoke quietly and was tense.

"Ladies and gentlemen welcome back!" The host said.

"Time to start our awards. If I may ask for everyone to settle down and be quiet, we may begin." The man got off stage real quick to grab an envelope.

"For best product of the year we have Lock Co. and theirs locks!" The host said as he applaud the company. (A/N teehee)

Lights shined on a man and woman. The both of them both went on stage and had little speeches.

Fast forward to 4 awards left, Livia was nervous. She wanted her company to at least get an award.

"Company that had the best business of the year goes to, Matthew's Corp!" The man said as another man came on stage with a golden medium sized trophy, and a gold plaque.

(Adam is Sebastian's dad)

Adam Matthews and Sebastian both came up to the stage. Adam had the trophy and Sebastian had the plaque.

Adam walked to the microphone and he prepared to say his speech.

"First off, I'd like to thank my wife, for always being with me. My 2 sons, for working in the business with me. And my 2 beautiful daughters, for always being at my events and setting them up. I'd also like to thank you guys, for buying my businesses products and services. Thanks for the funds and shares." Adam smiled as he said his speech.

When he had finished, he and Sebastian had both walked off the stage. Sebastian has given a small wave to Livia. And Livia has waved back. Sebastian then turned to his right and waved at Jax.

Why did Sebastian wave at Jax? Livia thought to herself.

Did Sebastian know Jax? Livia said to herself.

How did Livia not know. Did Jax never tell her about Sebastian.

Livia felt herself in deep thoughts. As she thought about what just happened.

"The next award is for 'Best Media Training' of the year." The man said as he held the microphone.

"And that company is Fargo inc!" Livia looked at Jared and Adeline.

She smiled and clapped her hands as she was excited to hear that her company had received an award. Jared and Adeline both walked up to the stage smiling at each other and holding hands.

Sweet romance that last forever. Livia smiled in her head.

Jared grabbed the plaque and Adeline grabbed the trophy. He then walked up to the stage to say his little speech of achievement.
