Bradley's POV,

"This pack has never felt so dull." I said as I laid on the ground.

"Ever since Leo, Jasper, Ella and Candice left. Things have gotten boring, they brought all the fun." Talia said.

"Plus Dominic hasn't been the same since Violet left." Max said.

"You're right. His hate against Alpha Hunter has caused a death of another member of our pack." August said.

"Well the first one was brought on their own. Her brother knew the penalty of that riot he made." I said.

"Fair point. So now can we talk about something other than what has happened." Rachel said.

"I guess." I said, and right after that Dominic walked in.

He looked a little upset but not angry like he used to. He came over to us as he stood in the middle of the room. We avoided our gaze from him as we can feel his eyes going from one person to another. He left out a heavy breath and took a few steps towards us.

I knew one if us had to meet his cold eyes or he'll never go away. But he spoke, "Look at me." No one hesitated as we lifted our heads.

"As you may know just like everyone here, that Leo, Ella, Candice and Jasper has left the pack." He said. "So does anyone else what to bail?"

We all shared looks at one another and I stood up to speak. I cleared my throat and spoke "This is our pack, the pack we were born in. We don't have the desire to leave but I am with settling our differences with the neighboring pack." I said.

"Yes, I agree." Rachel said, "We have friends and pack blood over there. I want to us to be in alliance together, it'll be better for everyone and better for the other other packs. There doesn't have to be hate. There can be peace." She said.

"A peace treaty should be an order." Max said.

"Alpha. As the new beta I call that we should ask for peace. I think we have carried this disagreement far too long. The pack isn't doing so well under the stress of believing that the HuntFang pack is going to attack." August said.

Dominic looked around before leaving the room. And when I tell you I let out the loudest exhale, I took a seat to calm my nerves. I was so scared of what he could be thinking in his head. August stood there as he looked down at the ground. "Hey....August?" I said calmly. Everyone began to look at him as he just stood there.

"August, are you okay?" Talia asked as she got up and walked towards him. She put a hand on his face and forced him to look at her. "Hey? Are you okay?"

He took her hand in his and let out a sigh. "It's like he.....he relieved all his pain towards he." August said.

"What does that mean?" Max asked.

"Meet me at our northern border around sunset. We can talk more there." August said, and he walked off.

"That was....strange." I said scratching the back of my head.

Dominic's POV,

I was looking out the window thinking to myself. Have I truly lost it in this spiral. I have really been thinking of my own problems. As I looked outside everyone was so dull, no one playing, everyone was in large groups. I could smell their fearfulness.

"They're just weak." He said.

"For an animal who doesn't chip in much, you always call out the weak links." I said.

"Well if I take matters in my own paws, things would be different." He said.

"You'll probably get us killed or lead the pack a mess." I said.
