Luna's PoV

"This is by far the stupidest thing we are doing....." I said quietly.

"Well, it's your guy's idea!" Adrian hissed.

I was about to shoot back a reply when Alexia butted in. "Hush! they are coming this way! Yukina can you distract them ?"

"Probably," Yukina grunted, "It's the first time I'm using the mist this much,"

Then suddenly an exact copy of Jurai ran through the guard's sponge bob style, around half of the guards turned around shouting "HEY YOU!! STOP RIGHT THIS INSTANCE!!!" When ' he ' didn't stop they started chasing him.

"Dam! I thought they would all leave!" Yukina hissed.

"Well, they are trained by the government! What do you think?" Elena said. 

"Right... Now what? I think that is the limit for me unless anyone here can manipulate the mist we are doomed..." Yukina said.

" I do have a backup plan, but it's risky. From what I remember when you are in the sacred ground for ANY mystical creature, you can not use magic unless the 'leader' permits you. Including shadow travle. And my backup plan including one of us running in there distracting the rest of them then maybe shadow travelling out." Adrian explained.

I thought for a moment. "Well, what if you remembered wrong?"

"That is possible but I don't want to risk it,"  Adrian said nervously as if he was reading my thoughts, "You aren't thinking about doing it, are you?" 

"Well, we'll have to try, On the count of three," I said slowly standing up from where we were hiding.

"Wait!"

"1"

"Hey! wait! Where are we going to meet you?"

"Where we were planing before, 2"

"You've never been there though!"

"I'll find a way, 3!" I jumped out of our hiding spot and started running in an inhuman speed straight towards the entrance. I hear footsteps from guards behind me trying to catch up. I also felt the shadow shift as my friends slowly crept into the facility. My pace slows down as I ran farther into the forest. Suddenly I saw a small trail leading to where my friends should be heading. I ran past it then I found the perfect spot ahead, I remembered the short lesson I had about shadow travelling with my brother before I left. I the sharp turn into the patch of shadow in between two buildings. I imagined the little trail I saw when I was running. A wave of warmth? washed into me. 

Huh? I am pretty sure shadows aren't warm...

The ones you are used to are, these are Harpy shadows.

Who are you?

I paused.

I apologize, your majesty, for my rudeness, I was unaware that it was you.

No worries, now I must send you along, to much time as a shadow isn't good. 

Then she chuckled.

Then just like that, I was where I was going to be.
