Pheonix twirled the rod in her hands before swinging it at me.

I caught the end, like an idiot, before yelling as it burned. I let go as soon as my hand could. But because I let go, it left her to swing again, this time hitting me over the head.

Falling to the ground, I clutched my hand close to my chest as it stung and burned, but I kicked Phoebe in the shin, making her stumble. I then swung my other leg under her, causing her to go down with me.

But I suddenly regretted my decision as the candle she had held, fell to the ground. It's small flame caught to the wood flooring of the blonde's cabin, slowly growing in size.

"That's wasn't very smart was it?" She asked, not even glancing at the fire as I got up to try and put it out.

Phoebe however, also stood and continued attacking me, letting the floor burn.

"Phoebe, the cabin's going to burn down!" I shouted as she threw the rod aside and shifted into a wolf.

I did the same, jumping out of the way of her lunge. Her fur was almost completely white, except for the red tips on her tail and ears.

She snarled at me, and I growled back before we clashed.

Several bite marks were left on me, but I managed to swipe at her face, clawing at her nose, mouth, and sides.

She backed up, making enraged noises that sounded like she was strangling something. Then she jumped at me, shoving me backwards into the fire that had spread over the cabin.

I yelped, as the heat burned at me, and I jumped back out, my vision now blurred.

Phoebe jumped at me again in an attempt to push me back into the fire. Barely rolling out of the way, I tried to smother the flames on my fur.

The Blonde launched at me again when the door of her cabin burst open.

A blurr of red that looked almost identical to the fire, snatched Phoebe by the collar. Pinning her against the ground almost effortlessly, that red blur let the fire engulf her back and head.

Pheobe yelped and wriggled in pain, as I focused on this blur.

I realized that they were actually a rather large wolf. Their fur a darker red than the flames, and now looked more like the petals of a rose. I blinked hard at the wolf, trying to get to my feet.

Pain shot through my legs and a whimper of pain escaped my snout. My body was sore and burned all over, and the bites Phoebe left me with didn't help.

The wolf let Phoebe go after noticing me and stalked towards me as the blonde wolf lay motionless, their body still burning.

I tried to scramble away, until the wolf shifted into a much smaller figure. The red never left them entirely as my vision dimmed.

Soft yet firm hands lifted my head as I barely heard someone speaking to me, then, all my senses turned to void.
