"You are grasping the things too fast. You can join our company after graduation and become successfully independent for sure." I commented when she finished the work I passed to her within a short time.

"If I join our company then how can I be independent?" she asked, shaking her head and Palak snorted hearing that question, but glanced away to concentrate on her own work I gave her.

"You have to join by your own and not through any connections." I pointed out and she gave a nod before glancing at me.

"Bhai! Mom is very independent in your eyes, right?" she asked, smiling and I know Mom is her role model from the time she was a kid.

"Yes! Even Palak is very independent. She used to live alone and care for herself everyday. Right now she has the ability to live by herself too, but for our sake, she is staying with us." I replied to which she rolled her eyes.

"I was just asking about Mom and you need not take it as a chance to praise Bhabhi. I already know she is capable of everything." She mumbled making me smile.

I glanced at Palak only to find her frowning while staring at both of us and started saying, "If not for everyone's help it would have been difficult to manage everything."

"It wouldn't have been impossible for sure and you would have managed somehow." I assured her and she didn't reply to that except for staring back at me still frowning.

"But..." Jasmine cut her off saying, "I can't believe you both are flirting right before me."

"What?" we both asked, glancing at her while she shook her head standing.

"I need to go and finish my work too, Bhai. Let's go and get your head washed." She mumbled and I nodded, standing up before walking into the Bhai's room to which I completely shifted and stepped into the washroom.

"Eww... I can't bear the smell from your head." She shifted away towards the door after pouring a mug of water on my head.

"That's why we asked you to go and visit a saloon who would have washed your head last week itself. Now, you shouldn't go even if you want to with this smell." She added covering her nose.

"It's just been three weeks." I mumbled frowning at her over dramatic expression, but she just shook her head before rushing out of the washroom.

I sighed, glancing at my hand that I shouldn't move right now before using my other hand to pour more water on my head before trying to press some shampoo into my hands but the bottle ended up falling down.

"Damn it!" I couldn't help but curse before placing it properly and again trying to get some of it into my hand and ended up moving my injured arm as I already got the sling removed before entering the washroom with Jasmine's help.

"I can't believe you are trying to move that hand already." I glanced up hearing her voice and found her standing near the door while frowning at my actions.

"What are you doing here?" I asked, frowning back and she sighed entering the washroom while taking the bottle away from my hand.

"What do you think? Jasmine started commenting about how she can't bear to stay in the same room as your smelly hair and if I want, I can help you otherwise you will do it by yourself." She explained without any expression and suddenly threw a mug of water on my head.

"Why do I feel like she wantedly made a scene just now for this result?" I frowned asking that question.

"You thought of that just now? I already felt it when she returned to the room without assisting you." She shook her head and dropped the shampoo on my head still standing a little away from me.
