Arielle decided she'd make spaghetti and garlic bread, something simple yet somewhat fancy. Just as she finished setting the table there was a knock on her door. On the other side of the door was a slightly bloody hitman, not his blood though. "You got a little something on your face," Victor smiled widely and stepped inside shutting the door behind him. "As hot as I think you look with blood all over your face, it's not sanitary." Arielle tossed him a damp rag to wipe his face off. "Whatever you made smells good, I'm starving." They both walked into her small dining room, "Have a seat, I'll be back in just a second." She had already poured them both glasses of wine and set out plates and silverware. Victor watched her walk in with a pot and a trey, "I hope you like spaghetti, I wasn't quite sure what to make." He took a bite of garlic bread, "I'll eat just about anything hun."

During dinner Victor had learned about Arielle's strong dislike for storms, she refused to admit she had a fear. They were currently curled up on the couch, Zsasz ended up holding her since she kept jumping. "I need some advice." He looked down at her and raised what would've been a brow waiting for a response. "Well, I'm in a sticky situation. You've been in this business longer than I have so perhaps you'll know what I should do. I need to pick a side and be loyal," Zsasz quickly turned her around so he could look at her. "Are you saying you haven't been loyal to Falcone?" His whole mood changed, his eyes were wide and beginning to fill with rage. "I've been loyal just listen to me!" His grip on her loosened slightly. "I can't pretend I don't work for Falcone, I need to inform Fish and Maroni I think. I can't do their dirty work anymore, I'm not scared of the outcome but," Zsasz grabbed Arielle's face and forced her to look at him, "No one will hurt you, if you're doing as your told and loyal to Falcone you'll be protected. You chose this career knowing what can and will happen, this is the peak of your career." Arielle swallowed the lump in her throat, she rarely cried but her job was her world. She pulled her head away from his grasp and stood up from the couch. Looking outside the clear sliding glass door leading to her balcony she sighed, "I just hate change." Victor just watched her from his spot on the couch, "You're making the right decision. I was in your shoes once, working for Falcone was the best decision I made." His voice was emotionless as usual, "Thanks Victor." He stood up and walked over to her, "I'll be by your side the whole time, I assure you you're making the right decision." Zsasz leaned down and kissed Arielle on the lips passionately, it was the only way he could reassure her.

*One week later*
Arielle left things alone, she didn't talk to Maroni or Fish. She'd ignored them every time they reached out, including Oswald. Victor never expressed this to her but he was proud of her, he knew Arielle had a lot of demons; there was no doubt in his mind that they were tormenting her over this decision. She'd been quiet and reserved throughout the week, she didn't reach out to Victor at all. He was beginning to think the two dates they went on were a total bust, he'd be lying if he said he wasn't a tad hurt. Zsasz was a cold blooded murderer who rarely showed emotion but that doesn't mean he didn't feel things. Arielle had caused him to feel something and that's why he refused to let her go, no one had ever made him feel this way before.
Victor was in Falcone's office staring out the window at Arielle, she was currently sitting down holding a chicken in her lap. "Who would've thought an assassin had a way with birds," He turned around and saw Falcone standing in the doorway. "That's her favorite hen, I let Arielle take care of her. She's the most troublesome chicken I've ever had." Victor moved away from the window and stood in front of the desk as Falcone sat behind the desk. "Sir," Falcone was staring out the window watching her put the chicken back in the hen house. "What is it Victor?" Zsasz to a deep breath and let it out through his nose, "I'm having girl issues," The older man couldn't help but let out a chuckle, "Woman can be difficult sometimes and you've chosen quite a difficult one." He turned away from the window and looked at the assassin. "She's still adjusting, she just had a major career change. You surely understand and remember when you first started working for me. Although she does well at hiding it, she's struggling. Perhaps an assertive man in her life is what she needs." Victor nodded as he took in the mans advice. Suddenly three gunshots were heard, they were coming from outside. They both looked out the window and saw Arielle had taken down three men. Arielle took off towards the mansion slightly limping, the two men made their way out of the office. More shots could be heard from outside along with a bunch of yelling, "Come out you little bitch, you can't hide from me!" Maroni. "I'll go take care of it," Falcone stopped Victor, "We'll both go. We just need to talk things out." Victor snuck out through the back and was on the hunt to find Arielle. He shot down multiple men as he made his way across the property trying to find Arielle or Maroni. Suddenly a knife flew through the air and landed directly in front of him on the ground. He looked up and saw Arielle in the tree in front of him. "You're going to blow my cover!" Victor hid behind the tree and looked back up at her, "What happened?" Arielle shifted slightly causing some bark and leaves to fall on Victor. "I was taking care of the chickens like I always do, when I turned around after putting Henryetta away there were three men with guns pointed towards me." "Surely most of his men have been taken out, what do you see up there?" Arielle jumped down from the tree and brushed herself off. "Nothing, I think it's just him and maybe a few others. Surely he wouldn't want all of his men dead." The two made their way back to the mansion, they decided to split up and make sure there was no one else. So far they hadn't ran into anyone but as Victor rounded the first corner he ran into Maroni. When he saw the hitman he put his hands up, "Falcone wants to talk. Enough of this." Zsasz had both of his guns pointed towards him. Once Arielle heard his voice she ran around the corner and pointed a gun towards the Italian mob boss. "Who the hell do you think you are," He scoffed, "Who am I-who the hell are you for thinking you can just switch sides and betray me!" Arielle pushed past Zsasz and got into Maroni's face, "I ain't no snitch or no traitor but I can become one if you push me far enough. I haven't done any work for you in ages. You know I never belonged to you." Maroni laughed and slapped his hands onto her shoulders. Immediately after he'd done this a bullet shot right past his head, Maroni tsked and took his hands off of her. "You know, this is why I like you, tell ya what. I won't have you killed, but if you run your mouth," Maroni was interrupted by a voice coming from behind him, "Enough. Let's talk shall we friend?" He turned around and saw Falcone standing behind him. "Alright sure, why not."

"Well, now I don't have to worry about him finding out anymore." Arielle and Victor were seated outside near the chickens. She wanted to show off her chicken and Zsasz was going to be the poor soul who had to listen. Although he didn't really mind, when she was happy he felt what he thought was happiness. And it was. Who would've thought he'd be capable of feeling such an emotion? "You wanna learn how to hold a chicken?" He looked at her and then the chicken, "uhhh pass?" Arielle stood up and walked over to Victor, opened his arms, and moved them into a certain position. She then placed the chicken in his arms, "Now that's a look," Arielle laughed for a few moments and then put the chicken up. "Arielle," she turned around and Zsasz kissed her. After a few moments she pulled away and gave him a questioning look. "We're going out tonight, go home and get ready. I'll pick you up at 10."
