Accepting it

A/N Inspiration slapped me in the face

John couldn't sleep that night. His thoughts we're focused on Alex. He couldn't help but feel the jealousy take over him.he knew Alex didn't know of his crush on him. But it hurt him nonetheless.

he wanted to March into Alex's room and tell Alex everything he thought of him he felt he would ruin what they had. He tried to convince himself that he and Alex were going to be nothing but friends. He feel asleep accepting his everlasting relationship with Alex

Alex himself couldn't sleep, he dwells on the thought Of last night, he couldn't believe what he did. "Jefferson? ", he thought to himself "really, him? ". Alex thought about ithe remembered all the flirting Hinted with Jefferson hinted with. Alex gave it thought. He wasn't too sure if he was into Jefferson.John, however, is a whole different story. Alex had a lot of things he could list that he likes about John, his freckles, his eyes, his hair. He could go on and on. He only recently met Jefferson, so it was more difficult to tell.

However, with the flirting and the charming personality. Alex decided, perhaps, that Jefferson deserved a chance.

Time skip to the morning ,whoop

That morning, Alex woke up confidence. he felt sure he was making a wise decision.

"You seem happy this morning", John smiled.

"I was just thinking last night" ,Alex responded.

"About what " John asked

"Well I've noticed Thomas has been kinda flirting with me lately, and I thought it was kinda cute" Alex smiled

"R-really" John asked with a hint of shock in his voice

"Yea he's nice" Alex smiled

John smirked "I bet he's not bad in be either huh? "

"j-JOHN! " Alex blushed and laughed a little

John laughed "so you wanna ask him on a date? " John asked

"Y-yea" Alex pushed a stay strand of hair behind his ear

"That's cool, hope it works out" John shrugged.

"Yea me too" Alex smiled

John gave Alex his plate of pancakes, Alex thanked him and they ate while talking about Star Wars and Harry Potter.

*TIME SKIP TO ALEX GOING TO SEE JEFFERSON TO DATE HIM LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL*

Alex texted Jefferson and asked if they could meet at the park, Alex felt
Anxious waiting for a response. When Jefferson did answer, Alex looked and blushed a little seeing as he said said he was on his way. Alex waited impatiently for Jefferson nervous and anxious.

"Hey princess"

Alex looked up to see Jefferson smiling wearing a white t-shirt with a Jean jacket and ripped pants with work boots.

Alex smiled and with a shy soft voice let a small "hey" While giving a little wave.

"So what did you wanna talk about" Jefferson asked

Alex took a deep breath in and out "well I noticed how you've been kinda flirting with me and I thought it was kinda cute so-"

"Are you ganna ask me to be your boyfriend" Jefferson eyes went wide and a smile slowly formed.

"Yea... " Alex looked away

"Awwe, I would love to" Jefferson smiled.

John sighed and played with his old necklace he kept, he wonder if Alex still had his, he looked at the letter and sighed.

{Flaaaaashbaaaaaaack}

"Hey John!", Alex waved

"Hey Alex", John smiled

I got you something Alex smiled handing him a box.

John took it and opened it to see it reveled a necklace with the letter A. Oh it's nice.

" I have one with a J" Alex smiled while showing him.

John smiled

{End of flashback}

John played with the necklace for a little while. Then it happened...

John coughed up a Petal

He began to have tears fill his eyes, was this really how it about to end for him, drying to Hanikis.

Just then he heard his phone ring, he looked at the contact and saw James was calling him. He answered.

"Hey"James voice was soft and quite

"Hey James, what's up"John asked

" I was just wondering if I can come over Thomas is out and I just wanted to talk" James stated

"Sure" John smiled

"Ok I'll be around soon" James let out a sigh of relief.

After a little cleaning and relaxing, there was a soft knock at the door. John got up to answer it and greeted his friend inside.

"Hey James" John waved "come inside, have a seat"

John and James got into a conversation about musicals and there favorite TV shows, then they started watching said TV shows.

Alex's POV:

I was excited, Jefferson walked me

Home after our date, when we walked in, I was surprised to see John on the couch laughing with James, both red from the laughing.

"Hey" I said

"H-hey Alex" John said in between his laughs, James fell on the floor and just wheezed.

Eventually after a minute James got up and left with Jefferson to there house. John gave James a hug bye and settled down after watching more tv

"So... " I started with a smile on his face

"What's up" John asked

"He said yes! " I smiled

"That's nice, I'm happy for ya lex" John gave me a small punch on the arm

I couldn't help but feel a small sense of lie in his voice...

I chuckled a little "thanks John"

After a moment a noticed the necklace he was wearing,
