Slowly, his eyes started to appear but his vision remained a blur. He witnessed a figure in front of him- walking left and right - could be described as a jelly bean with legs. This made Doug now think about jelly beans. He always had a love for mango. However, he never understood the hype about the coconut flavor. In fact he never understood the hype about coconut in general. The taste is quite lacking and displeasurable. And not to mention the -

"Is he awake?" those three words snapped him out of his jelly bean discussion with himself. One of the figures came right up to him and grabbed both his shoulders. "Doug, can you hear me?"

"Wh-a-a-a-a-" he slurred as he was being shaken like a vending machine.

"Doug, wake up", the figure then slapped him across the face. His eyes were fully open and looking a bit timid. It was now clear to him that the figure in front of him was...

"Ivy?" Doug said. Ivy fell right into his arms and gave him a great big hug. The other occurring characters entered the room as well. Alexis walked no less than the edge of the mattress.

"Thought you were a goner for a second. Well, actually we thought you were dead for good".

Doug rose his back up to the wall while his legs still snuggled under an old tan-ish blanket. A towel drops right off his forehead - having no idea it was there in the first place.

"You guys won't believe the crazy dream I just had. Some crazy farmer tried to kill me with his demonic cow. Ivy, you were there. You were there as well Rich. I don't remember Alexis being there. Also why are the two cops here?"

"That dream was real", announced Officer Brooks. "The cow is real. With the glowing red eyes and everything."

"You saw the red eyes too?"

"Yep. Right in front of my face when I risked my life trying to save your ass".

"Woah hey now. Let's not play the blame game here. You're not a very good cop either."

'Well, you're not NOT wrong. I just want to know where you were hiding? I couldn't find you anywhere?"

Doug paused and tried to remember the last place he was located. It was a hassle for him as he had a throbbing bruise slightly under the rim of his hairline.

"This is going to take a while", he said as he slouched his back onto the pillow". Nothing was coming back to him. He remembered the farm, the cow, the chocolate cake. That was all.

"I have no time for this", Alexis yawned and left the room like her care for Doug's safety threw out the door. It actually threw out the door a couple days ago but that'll be brought up later.
Doug ignored Alexis and wanted an update on this situation. "So where's the cow now?"

Richard opened the blinders showing the firm front lawn - and Marvin blocking the entrance. "We're pretty much stuck".

"Not to mention your car was totaled", Ivy budged in.

"How come?" asked Douglas.

"Let's just say Chester wanted to take a little drive".

"He stole my jeep?"

"Yes and he went flying."

"He drove the car off a cliff?"

"No. That's not what happened"

"Wait, you're telling me Chester got the jeep to fly?"

"That's - sure. Let's go with that."

This was a lot for Doug to reel in. Much so that his back then started to ache. He pinched the lower left side - just above his thigh. His teeth both clutched down. The pain could be described like getting stabbed by Oj Simpson.
