One Last Card to Play

"c'est très ennuyeux." (This is very boring) Seven says, sitting up in the bed of the medbay. "Je ne peux pas croire qu'ils me font rester ici" (I can't believe they're making me stay in here)

She rubs her eyes

Android has wires hooked up to the sides of her head

"ils ne font cela que pour vous garder en sécurité" (They are only doing this to keep you safe.) Android tells Seven, watching the screen

"je connais..." (I know...) Seven sighs

"Je reviens tout de suite" (I will be right back) Android tells her, turning to face her. "Restez ici et ..." (Stay here and...)

"compter les carreaux de plafond? (Count ceiling tiles?) Seven asks, finishing her sentence

Android hesitantly nods before turning around

She starts walking out

"Dites à cinq qu'elle peut visiter!" (Tell Five she can visit!) Seven calls after her

Seven sighs, laying her head back down on the pillow

Seven walks into the mess hall with Android behind her

She sits down across from Three and next to Five who smiles at her

"comment tu te sens?" (How you feel?) Five asks in broken French

Seven shrugs her shoulders before grabbing the plate of food the Android handed her

Android also hands her a pair of earbuds and then walks out

Seven puts in the earbuds and immediately a French audiobook takes over her attention

Three and Five have an English conversation that Seven cannot hear very well -- but that was the point of the earbuds

"Hey, you figure out why Truffault thinks we double crossed her?" Three asks as Two walks in

"Yeah." Two responds. "Because we did double cross her."

"Damn. I must be getting old, my memory's not what it used to be." Three says, looking to Five and smiling at his joke

"Please don't joke about memories." Five whispers, nodding her head over to Seven

"I had the Android access the GA general database and search for any official sightings of us over the last few months." Two says. "Check it out." She points to something on the TV screen and Three and Five look over. Seven continues eating and pushing anything she didn't like out of the way. "Month and a half ago, Rigel-9. Three weeks ago, Kleeia-3."

"Cool." Three says, turning around to face her again. "Except I've never been to Rigel-9 or Kleeia-3."

Two brings up another picture

"Tash and Wexler." Five exclaims loud enough for Seven to hear

Seven looks up, taking her earbuds out

"Well I guess we now know who took that ride back from the alternate universe, huh?" Three says

"Well, we can't just let them fly around, trashing your reputations." Five says

"To be fair, kid, our reputations are already pretty trashed." Three says

"No, she's right." Two says. "We can't let them get away with this."

"So what are we gonna do?" Five asks

"Well, first we're gonna find them." Two says. "And then we're gonna deal with them."
