y/n was always clumsy. half the time, she's not even allowed in her captain's office because of how clumsy she is. with her luck, her captain was toshiro hitsugaya, so he was beyond angry when she accidentally knocked over his stack of paperwork one day.
"captain kuchiki- i-i'm sorry!" she stuttered, quickly picking up the mess. byakuya was frustrated for sure, but something about her made him calm down a bit.
"cute..." he thought.
"it's... it's fine. get out before you cause more trouble." he said as she handed him the unorganized stack.
"yes sir!" she squeaked, rushing out of the room.
"what am i gonna do with her..." he said to himself, smiling slightly.
