Jim's P.O.V.: I opened my eyes. The sun was so bright. I saw Ida looking down at me. The last thing I remembered was an octoling was about to shoot Ida and I jumped in it's way. After that, I could barely breathe. Then it was all black.

"Why are we still in Octo Canyon?" I asked everybody. Wait, everybody but Rosa.

"The octarians took over." Ida responded.

"Where's Rosa?" I asked after that.

"I dunno." replied Ida. Marie looked at the ground and tears flooded her eyes.

"She's gone." Marie said through her tears. She ran into her cabin.

"I don't believe it." said Ida.

"or she didn't tell me." She later said. She hugged me and started to cry.

"I didn't want one of my friends to die just so that the other one would come back to life!" She said. I hugged her back. I started crying myself. I just met Rosa, and I wasn't ready for her to die.

My whole body started to hurt. I lied down again. It felt much better on my back. But I was back, and ready to fight for Inkopolis. Well, not perfectly ready.

"Maybe she survived, but she's really hurt." Of course, I was saying this to cheer her up. She started to calm down. I looked at the sewers.

"should we fight?" I asked Ida.

"Not yet. You're injured, Callie's gone and me and Marie are depressed. We should see if we can get a couple of zapfish." She replied.

"But you should stay here." She said after that. I stood up my legs ached.

"No, I'm coming." I told her.

" No! We should see if the octarians had a hospital, and you should stay there. I don't want to lose you again." So I didn't go. I limped over to the octarian village. Yup, they did have a hospital there. You could also see DJ octavio's castle anywhere you went. It was about as big as the village itself. I limped into one of the beds inside. The beds were really comfy. I used the access code to get into Ida's headset on my phone. Now I could talk to her and see what she sees. I never thought it would be down to the three of us. Marie, me, and Ida. Just the three of us have to take down the octarians and take back Inkopolis.

"Ida, watch out!" Marie said. There was an octosniper aiming for her and almost got her.

"Be careful, Ida!" I told my phone. She was going a little haywire. It was a while since she's been in octo canyon. I never saw her struggle that much with octo canyon. She usually zoomed through levels like they were nothing at all. She's amazing and skillful, but this time, she was clumsy. I looked at her enemies. They weren't so hard. She handled them easily. She zoomed through parts like these and the others weren't so easy. Once she came back to the hospital, she looked pooped.

"Are you okay?" I asked her in a worried voice.

"I'm fine..." She replied. She headed towards Marie's hut.

"...but I need to talk to Marie." I went with her. She told Marie that there were no zapfish.

"NO ZAPFISH???!!!" She yelled

"THEY TOOK THEM ALL WITH THEM??!!!!!" She yelled a little louder than the last time.

"I'm sure we're going to be fine..." I told Marie, but she interrupted me.

"THAT STUPID OCTAVIO! I'M GONNA RIP HIM AND HIS ARMY APART!!!!!!" It got too violent from there. She was furious. I think I heard a few substitute swear words in there. Well, we had a problem.
