[[SANDY GET OUT]]

*~Recap~*

Just as quickly as he came in, Teito was subdued and brought out of the room. I watched the scene unfold before my eyes, staring in fear and horror. Two soldiers carried Teito down to the cells, an evil looking group of Black Hawks following him.

Hyuuga noticed me staring, and winked once.

That asshole...

I sighed.

It seemed that I was going to have to help get Teito out.

Whether I went with Teito to the Church or got trapped with Mikage.... I didn't know.

But I did know... That somewhere out there, I had a certain jelly bean-loving, immature idiot that was waiting for me to show up.

*~Recap End!~*

*Amaya’s POV*

“MIKAGE!” I screeched, “Mikage, where are you?!” Stumbling through the hallways, I weaved my way to the lodging area, where I found Mikage relaxed, sitting on his bed. Once he saw me, his eyes brightened.

“Amaya!” He smiled, then saw my terrified expression. Immediately, he stood up, and gave me a solemn look, and asked, “Where’s Teito?”

From my lack of response, he seemed to understand.

Mikage followed close behind me, our steps quick and soft. Unfortunately, we couldn’t afford to make more noise than necessary. Even though we did our best to be silent, every time my boots placed their leather pads onto the concrete floor, it sounded ten-times louder than it most likely really was.

“Are you sure you saw him going through here?” Mikage glanced up at the stone walls that surrounded us.

“Yup, I’m sure.” I nodded once before stopping outside of the room that (if I remembered correctly) held Teito. I opened the door, and expected the worst. As long as this world’s events followed how the anime had, then the guards within the room would be… massacred.

I opened the creaky door, and saw Teito standing amongst the bloodied bodies. His green eyes that glanced up at the two of us held shock and confusion.

“What are you doing here…?” He asked, but I didn’t answer. Instead, I just grabbed his wrist and dragged him back through the hallways and out to the balcony. Mikage ran beside us, taking out any soldiers that appeared to stop Teito’s escape. Eventually, we reached outside. I practically shoved a dumbstruck Teito into one of the hawkziles and started it up.

“I’m going alo-” Teito began to say, but I soon cut him off.

“We know,” I spoke, saddened, “You have to go alone.” I thought of something, suddenly. If my theories were correct…
