Hours later.....

I was still sittin at the hospital waitin on some info about Monae. Trina , Rae , Richard and Chris came together den i called Damion and Dj and dey showed up right after. They both was hot and scared to the max bout dey sis , but once i told dem what happened...dey was fired up ready to just tear sum shit up. I couldnt blame em cuz i was actin n doin the same thing n i still want to but me n Richard had to calm em down befo dey got kicked ot by security. Afta dat , we was just all sittin in silence. A nurse came over and cleaned n bandaged my bullet burn and my head. Dey also gave me a tshirt to put on since i lost mine. I was lookin rough n dirty as hell but i wasnt trippin doh, my focus was on makin sure Monae was ok. I needed her and so did our son. I looked down at him as i held him sittin on my lap peacefully sleepin in my arms. His mouth was wide open makin his pacifier hang out his mouth. I let out a small smirk as i rubbed his face then his curly hair , leanin down kissin his head. He truly did look so much like me and Moe put together n i loved him to death. I then just looked at him den up at the ceilin leanin my head back against the wall thinkin.

God...let her be alright.....Dont take her away from me.....Not right now i need her...we need her. I said to myself as i prayed. I closed my eyes lettin out a deep breathe. I felt a hand touch my shoulder and i looked over and saw Dj as he sat down next to me.

You good man? He asked lookin at me.

(Sigh) huuuh. I leaned forward puttin Ant down in his seat as he slept. I mean no but...im just tryna worry bout if she ok bru. Like dis shit is just gettin outta control ya know and-and it, hurts me when i try and do right but, (shruggin my shoulders foldin dem slidin down in my seat a lil) huuuh. Ig trouble just always happen to find a nigga.

I feel you Aug man. He said leanin back in his seat too foldin his arms. I understand were you comin from...we all do. Cuz guess what? When yall in sum shit!....We in sum shit! But we fam.and we gone help yall n stick by yall side no matta what. He said lookin at me wit dat preachin face. They all was now lookin n listenin to us.

I preciate dat Dj. (Dappin him up) From all of yall man. I said lookin at everybody. Yall my real fam. N friends. But the thing is ....i wouldnt have met nuna yall if it wasnt fa Moe. (Puttin my head down as tears came to my eyes) She..was the best thing dat eva happened in a nigga like me life and i-....(sighin holdin my hand over my face tryna hide my tears)

(Sniffles) We know August. We know ,its gone be alright. Rae said cryin a lil as she walked over sittin on the other side of me holdin me around my shoulders.

I wiped my hand down my face and just stood up walkin away from everybody wit my hands on my head. I love my family soo-so fuckin much and i just-i just hate dat dey gotta go through this shit! I said as i turned around lookin at all of em.

Damion walked away from everybody and up to me grabbin my hand shakin it pattin my back while shakin his head snifflin from when he was cryin. When i first met you....i hated yo ass. I remember how i just wanted to kill you Aug man. But na....i see. I see dat your the right one for my sista n yall have this something thats just deeper then love. Yall were destined to be together. Its like God made yall the two of you just so yall can be together cuz....yall are the perfect match. He let my hand go pointin his finger in my chest starin at me eye to eye. I believe- (tears startin to form in his eyes as he tried to hold dem back) i believe, Monae will be ok because of you. Because of lil Anthony Melvin Davis. She wont leave yall cuz she know.....n ik yall need eachother. Yall are gonna make it together man. He said as he stopped cryin now dappin me up givin me a man hug.

Thank you Dee. You my real nigga ight bru. Thank you. I said as we hugged den bagged away. Khelani den walked up to us and hugged me wipin her tears den she grabbed Dee around his body and dey kissed and hugged and walked back to everybody else. I just stood against the wall by the ER double doors where Moe was. I just started thinkin bout her and when she was gonna be out of surgery. I needed to see her so bad. Just then 2 doctors walked through the doors and everybody automatically had they attention. Ik i did.
