Reason: He is notorious for leaving 2 'Forget Me Not' flowers at the scene of the crime he has committed.
Age: 17
Quirk: Shock Wave
Quirk Description: Depending on how frustrated he is feeling, he can summon enormous impulses of power.
Quirk Afflictions: can immobilize, Kill, or numb.
Quirk Side-Effects: His quirk gets weaker the more it is used, But personal side effects for over use include pain, headaches, and pulled muscles from elbows down.
Villain Costume: Black and white leather-men jacket, black turtleneck, ripped black jeans, red punk boots, white gloves, and a black surgical mask.
Appearance: 5'5, messy green hair with black undertones, freckles, many scars, a large and noticeable scar on the left side of his neck, and dark green, emotionless eyes.
Weapons: Baseball bat (preferred), Small knifes/daggers (second option), if kidnap or quick knock out he will use poison, and arson.
Things seen with him a lot: Hero Analysis Notebook (used to predict moves and take down opponents), pens he fidgets with, and an older, untraceable phone he had, his new one left in his dorm.
Free-time: usually spend training with Toga and Dabi or letting Toga use him to practice make-up and stuff on, usually ending up in her venting to him while working her magic with make-up. Makes all the meals with Kurogiri. Helps decorates the rooms in use that are on the floors above the bar.
