"So who else did you bring here?"I asked looking to the boys that came in the car with him
"Josh,jaden,Anthony and Avani"He smirked pointing to each one.
I nodded as I watched Riley swim away from Payton.
"Oh,are Anthony and Avani together?"I asked looking away from Riley and to Avani who was splashing Anthony.

"Uh yeah."He chuckled.
"Oh."I mumbled as it fell awkward.
"Bryce come back in the water!"Riley called out,waving her arms about.
"Uhm I'm gonna-yeah"He muttered before I smiled at him letting him go.

I looked to Payton who had a frown on his face as he swam up to Jackson.I frowned but for some reason felt happy that him and Riley didnt do anything serious.

I yawned and looked around to see if there was anything that could entertain me.I looked further along the shore to see a platform that stretched out across most of the lake.I picked up my phone and set off down the shoreline where the trees and hedges got closer to the water.

By the time I got it the platform I couldn't see the group no longer but that didn't stop me from stepping out on the rusty,damp planks of wood.Sounds like a bad idea,I know.

"Ally what are you doing"Someone called out,I looked back to the start of the platform to see Payton standing there.

"I'm just exploring,Iv got nothing better to do"I yelled back to him whilst shrugging.

"It's not safe,have you seen how old this thing looks."He yelled,waking carefully towards me.

"So?Im fine,go back"I yelled at him before he got too close,I turned away and started heading towards the bottom.

"Whatever"I heard him mutter before he turned back around.
No I didn't actually mean it
Shut up,you hate the kid,remember?

I sighed and carried on walking before my left leg fell through a plank of wood,trapping it.
I grunted before trying to pull it back up but it wouldn't move.

"Payton!"I yelled before he got too far away,he spun round and started jogging towards the platform.

"I told you that something like this would happen."He laughed getting closer to me.
"I know I know"I laughed before all the wood beneath him collapsed.
I screeched,waiting for his head to bop up from under the water.

"I'm good"He yelled,his head coming to the surface.

"Good,you had me scared"I chuckled as he swam to me
"Right I'm gonna push your leg up okay?"He said from under me
I nodded as he started pushing my leg up,little splinters going into them as it got higher.

"There,I'll meet you back at shor-"I smiled to him before the whole platform collapsed beneath me,sending me into the water.

My head went under water and I reached out trying to grab anything,something.

Payton wrapped his arms round me and pulled me to the surface,second time today.
"Your okay,calm down"He laughed as I clung onto him
"I can't,its too deep you can't hold both of us"I sobbed as we floated in the middle of the lake.

"Ally just calm down and stop panicking"He snapped at me.
"Don't shout at me"I snapped back at him
"Or what."He snapped at me pulling me closer to him,catching me of guard.i stayed silent as he looked me in the eyes,his dark brown eyes where looking round through me,I felt so vulnerable.His eyes trailed down to my lips

"Paytonnn!!"Riley yelled from the shore,He looked away from me and pushed me away a bit as he looked at her.

"Uhm-Can you just-"I muttered pushing myself off him and grabbing the floating planks of wood.
"What are you doing?"He scoffed watching as I pulled myself closer to shore by grabbing each plank of wood.

"Getting back to shore by myself."I said looking to him.
"Payton!!"Riley shouted again waving her arms at him.
"And it looks like someone else needs you."I mumbled as we both watched her waving her arms.
He looked to me and sighed before swimming of
