"You are under arrest for the assault of Riley hubatka."The officer said as he turned me around and put handcuffs on me
"Did you do it ally?"My mum cried following me to the police car
"I can explain."I said as tears started streaming down my face
"Anything you say or do will be used against you in the court of law"The officer said
"We'll get you out."Payton said running to the window as I got pushed into the car
"It's fine."I sobbed looking down,I couldn't face him
"No it's not they don't know the whole story ally."He snapped at me
"Sir step away from the car."The police officer said grabbing paytons arm
"Don't fucking touch me."Payton spat at him
"Just go."I snapped at him
He took a deep breath and turned around before lashing out,booting my letter box out of anger
"You,fucking explain."My mum snapped grabbing Payton by the hair and dragging him away
"Just tell her everything!"I called out as we drove away

Skip the whole mugshot and everything
I sat in the cell and looked at the creeps next to me
"What are you in for suga'?"An old wrinkly thing asked me
I looked at her and she smiled,showing her shiny gums
"Crackhead energyyy."I muttered to myself before looking away
"Aaliyah felt?"An officer said opening the cell
I nodded and stood up.
He led me into a dark room with a table and two chairs
I sat down and waited before a woman came and sat in front of me
"So we can do this the easy way or the hard way,you explain what happened and we can get straight to the consequences or you can stay in that cell for longer."The woman smiled
"I don't get what the big deal is we had a fight,at a party like any other normal teenager."I started,looking down to my handcuffs
"If it's not a big deal,then tell me what happened."the woman said raising a brow
"Okay,we had a fight because of things that have happened in the past."I said shrugging
"What happened in the past."She asked tilting her head
"What's that got to do with this?"I asked looking to her
"Everything,we need to know if it was just a random attack or you where revenge or avenging someone..etc."She explained
"Revenge."I muttered as I started having flashbacks.
"It's okay,you can tell me."She said looking to the officer and nodded,the officer came over and took the cuffs from me

"A good few weeks ago,I went to a party and two boys took me up to a room after lacing my drink with something."I mumbled,staring at the table as I visioned it in my head
"They then proceeded to tie me to a chair,then Riley came into the room and took the piss out of me,slapping me,punching me pulling at my hair.I couldn't do anything I was completely defenceless,the drugs had took all my energy plus I was tied to a chair with tape across my mouth.then Riley got called out and the boys started trying to undress me and take advantage of me before..another boy came in and they had a fight and I got our.I didn't tell anyone."I explained as tears crawled down my cheeks as the flashbacks made the hairs on my arms stand up and chills spiral up and down my body

"I regret not doing more,I wish I done more damage but I'm too much of a pussy.Sometimes I forget just because I care so much doesn't mean they do,when I seen Riley and the two boys after that night they looked at me like nothing happened like the world just went on and forgot about it but I just couldn't let it go."I added looking to her,she had the saddest expression on her face

"Who was the boy that saved you?"She asked,her voice shaking as she pushed a box of tissues towards me
"I don't want to say,I don't want to ruin his image or get any rumours going about.Hes done to much for me to snitch on him."I responded,wiping my eyes with a tissue
"Clearly there's a bigger picture to all of this.."She sighed,closing her files and standing up
"I will send you home tonight but you will be tagged incase you attempt anything,do you understand?"She explained looking to me
I nodded and frowned as my heart sank to the lowest low.
